Good but expensive and will be reviewed that way. Durability: It’s very light, sometimes it feels fragile but they’re actually pretty solid, although they are plastic still. I think the hinges are a big improvement over most headsets; still at risk but I’m more confident. Overall, they feel high quality. Comfort: very comfortable ear muffs and headband. You will still get some discomfort on the top of your head after hours of wearing, just being honest but they are more comfortable than other headsets. Mic: Great mic for gaming with tons of features but this wasn’t important for me but I tested and it worked fine and my voice quality was good enough but just get a separate mic, much easier and cheaper then looking for a all-rounder headset. The only complaints I have with this headset are the ear muffs and the constant contact of the headphones with each other. After wearing a few times, the ear muff kind of develops these bumps from oils etc on your skin. It can be cleaned off but I wonder if these earmuffs will last more than one year. And my concern with the bottom of the headphones contact is just scratches overtime but it can’t stay perfect forever I guess. Read more

Just received these and was able to set them up. First impression: Very comfortable. Exceptionally comfortable. I have an extremely large head and it's tough finding the right headset. This Sony headset has very minimal clamping force, and the adjustable headphone is perfect for me on the maximum setting. This headset is so comfortable that I wouldn't mind wearing them for a regular office work day. I read the online manual pretty carefully. I was able to connect to my PC by Bluetooth easily. I also connected the wired USB to charge the headset. And I can also use the wire headphone connector into my DAC-AMP for best sound quality in theory. I plugged the wireless USB-C dongle into my work computer so I can use this work Teams calls and other PC-driven phone calls (Google Voice in Chrome, etc.) The sound quality seems pretty good. I have an Audeze Maxwell headset with planar magnetic drivers and a Sennheiser 560S at home. I like the 560S the most for pure audio, but this is pretty good so far. I tested the Microphone and recorded myself using the Windows Sound Recorder. The mic sounds great. Very clean, crisp and clear. I did some research and the H9 II has a superior microphone compared to the cheaper and older INZONE H9. This was important to me, to have a good microphone for work calls. Now, I've read that the battery life for this headset is pretty lackluster. The manual says roughly 18 hours, I believe, depending on usage and functions. The cost at $350 is also a little high, from what I've read online. But the WH-1000XM6 is well over $450, and this headset uses the same drivers. For a new release, premium Sony headset, I suppose that is what we pay for. Maybe the price will drop to $250-$300 in a year. So far, I like this for the comfort and overall well-rounded quality. I haven't downloaded the EQ software yet. The ANC seems okay but I honestly won't need ANC functionality music, working in a quiet office. Read more

I've been on a long search for the perfect gaming headset. Having a baby means most of gaming and watching shows/movies is done at night and requires a headset!
