This little scale R/C drift car has no business being as fun as it is. I grabbed it mostly on impulse and ended up losing 15 minutes of my life to it before I remembered I had actual work to do. It charges via USB-C, which is a welcome touch, and it ran the full 15 minutes at full power with no noticeable drop in speed or performance. It’s fantastic on smooth surfaces like classroom floors. Not quite as great on rougher stuff like the sidewalk outside my classroom, but it still managed to keep moving forward. If you’re starting out, I highly recommend turning the top speed down using the knob on the side of the controller. At full speed, it’s almost impossible to control until you get a feel for how it handles. It comes with two spare car bodies, a set of tiny cones for setting up an obstacle course, and a microscopic screwdriver that you will absolutely lose in the first 10 minutes. I’ve already beat it up bouncing it off table legs, flipped it once, and somehow it’s still going strong. Wide open spaces are definitely its happy place, but it’s also been a blast navigating tighter indoor spaces. And yes, I’m currently having way too much fun with this thing, which is labeled simply as "Sport Car." Totally not a Porsche 911. Absolutely not. Don't ask questions. If you're looking for a cheap, silly, surprisingly well-performing R/C car, this one’s a win. Don't watch the included video. I am not a videographer. I can't get enough of this small scale drift car that you can buy for less than $30. For the price you get a highly detailed hard plastic body shell, built in gyro, proportional steering and throttle, adjustable speed, cool all around lighting with different color schemes that can be turned off or on via the included remote, aluminum under chassy that you don't see on any other RC drift car this size plus this comes with 2 optional unpainted plastic body shells that you can customized to top it all the extra body shells comes with the headlight & rear brake light led's wired and ready for use! The best part of this product is it drives like a champ! I have owned several small size RC drift cars from 1/72 to 1/16 and I got several 1:43 scale size drifters but nothing can compare to this one in terms of handling and how it drift effortlessly. The TX gives you a lot of controls from lighting, steering & variable speed. The only thing that I wish it have is a gyro control. There is no way to increase or decrease the gyro but as it is, it works just fine and it handles great so it was not a factor in overall performance but still it would be nice to have a control on the gyro. If there is a higher rating than 5 stars I will gladly give this RC drift car cause this is just pure fun from opening the box and seeing what I got for less than 30 bucks and the real fun begins when you drive this solid small scale RC drift car.
