Constantly trying new pans to use with our induction range, and these so far have worked well and nonstick coating seems to be holding up pretty good. I use cooking spray, and have had no issues. Easy rinse and wipe clean. Have noticed the pan we use the most has discolored slightly from high heat at times, I assume, but otherwise still functioning perfectly. Update: After two years, the pans are still wonderful. The 9 inch skillet has some imperfections in the finish because we use it more often than anything else but they still work great and look great. My husband got the 9" skillet last year and it works wonderful for omelets and over easy eggs, so I decided to try the entire set. I haven't had anything stick to them yet and they wipe out pretty easily, I have even forgot a pan on the counter for several hours. They are heavy and I love the wood handles. I bought the 1.5 qt pan separately to complete the set. I only use silicone or wood utensils and none of the finish is peeling. (even on the 10 month old skillet) Read more

I LOVE MY SENSARTE POTS AND PANS!! We've all purchased "non-stick" pans that work well for a short time, but then eventually foods start sticking and the coating starts coming off and gets in the food. And yes, they wind up getting tossed. I've had my Sensarte pan set for over a year now and I use them all the time! They are still like new and as non-stick as the day I got them!
