Battery life & charging convenience The battery lasts impressively long (I’ve only needed to charge a few times in weeks of use). Actionable metrics & insights The app gives you daily scores for sleep, recovery, and strain (how hard your body is working). Over time, these help you understand when to push and when to rest. Holistic health focus It doesn’t try to be everything (GPS, daily steps, etc.). I purchased this for myself as I am working toward a more healthful life and it was recommended by family members. At first, I struggled with the annual subscription $; however, after using it for over a month now, I am amazed at the amount of data and recommendations for improvements in my health. It even has what is called "Healthspan" which predicts your actual age versus chronologic age based on your health data. Each day, the user is able to recieve a summary of past 24 hours as well as what improvements can be made in the future to positively affect the user's Healthspan. I had Fitbits for at least at least 13 years and this is an absolute game changer! Well worth the $$ based on the changes I have already been able to make in just over a month's time. It is recommended to keep the tracker on at all times, including showering. It is a bit awkward recharging because the charger actually is applied to the tracker and it charges while you are on the move (I didn't know this at first). I did change the original mesh wristband for a silicone replacement because I didn't like wearing a wet band after showering. This is only a personal preference and I don't think it should be considered a negative to the overall product, but feel others should be aware. Finally, similar to Fitbit, there are communities which the user can join to encourage improvement. You can also create a new community as my family did, so we can compete against each other while obtaining positive health benefits. New communities can be shared with others by simply sending a code and, again, very easy. In my opinion this is a very well made product that can definitely lead to improved health and wellness! Unfortunately this is not a great whoop as advertised. I purchased hoping to replace my Garmin adventure watch and use the whoop. But no. I tried using both watches at the same time and whoop missed recording 1 hour. Not sure how that was. Also the heart levels are not accurate. As per the blood pressure features is just out out. I understand this feature is in beta mode still but should not be out for use until it is fully developed. Vor einigen Tagen habe ich das bei Amazon bestellte Whoop Life Band erhalten. Das Band ist relativ leicht und wirkt günstig verarbeitet. Mängel sind mir nicht aufgefallen. Ich habe das Band zu meinem Whoop Account hinzugefügt und mit der App verbunden. Meine Whoop Life Mitgliedschaft sollte laut Anzeige in der App 30 Tage kostenlos laufen, danach würde sie sich für 399 Euro/Jahr verlängern. Da durch den Kauf des Armbandes bei Amazon bereits das erste Mitgliedsjahr inklusive ist, verstehe ich nicht, warum ich in inzwischen weniger als 30 Tagen erneut 399 Euro zahlen soll. Ich wendete mich mit meinem Anliegen an den Whoop Kundenservice und schilderte den Fall sachlich auf Englisch, gab meinen Account Namen an, die Seriennummer des Gerätes, die Amazon Bestellnummer und hängte die Amazon Rechnung, sowie die Amazon Bestellbestätigung an. Der Kundenservice stellte zwei Nachfragen, die für mich keinen Sinn ergeben haben, da sie nicht zur Lösungsfindung beitragen. Trotz Beantwortung der Fragen konnte mir der Whoop Kundenservice nicht helfen und hat mich gebeten, mich wegen meiner Mitgliedschaft mit dem Amazon Kundenservice in Verbindung zu setzen. Dieser kann mir allerdings mit Sicherheit nicht mit meiner Whoop Mitgliedschaft helfen.
