I’ve had my plastic measuring cups and spoons for years! But they were definitely starting to look a bit worse for the wear, plus there has been a lot of info about hazards of plastic utensils. So when I saw this set I was sold!. What I love about them is of course that they are all metal, but particularly that they include so many measurements. Typically sets like this have 1 cup, ½, 1/3 and ¼ cups. So when making things you have to double or “halve” the measurements. For baking that is problematic. But they have several more amounts for both the cups and the spoons. I’ve used these multiple times now. They are a good weight and very easy to work with and clean.
