I wasn’t sure about this massager at first but after giving it a go a few times, my neck doesn’t feel as tight or stiff. I have spondylosis which can be very painful at times so this is quite soothing. It stays in place when fastened correctly with the neck clip things. I find that I can feel the massage more when I put my head forward and it it has to be on the highest setting otherwise it’s not that effective for me. I use it every day for about 10 mins and I do think it’s helping. It’s not amazing by way of relief but I can tell it’s helping in some way so that’s fine for me. Read more

Didn’t like this at all, the massage balls didn’t feel like they were either side of my spine in my neck and therefore caused a reasonable amount of pain when I tried it as it was just hitting against the bone. Returned for a full refund within a day. Read more
