Nice chair but with poor finishing. The included pillow is tiny and doesn't match the one in the pictures. Arm pocket is not included. It's not good for sitting on it for a long period of time. The screws are so difficult to screw into the metal part of the chair. I don’t understand. And with the Allan key they provided us, it’s not even useful because I screwed too hard and it broke. One of the worst products I have received from Amazon. The colour doesn’t match, the extra backrest cushion is a different size and the hand rests rails are already rusted at the bottom. The cloth underneath is very thin and has been torn crudely to make holes so the stand of the chair can be screwed in.
