Ich hatte vor dieser Maschine einen normalen Vollautomaten und wollte den Umstieg auf einen Siebträger ausprobieren. Wie gut oder schlecht sie im Vergleich zu teureren Modellen abschneidet, kann ich nicht sagen, aber für den Einstieg ist sie wirklich gut geeignet. Die Bedienung ist einfach und verständlich, der Kaffee schmeckt deutlich besser als aus meinem alten Vollautomaten. Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert und der Kaffeesatz lässt sich direkt nach dem Bezug ausschlagen – dadurch gibt es keine Auffangbehälter, die anfangen könnten zu riechen. Auch die Lautstärke ist angenehm niedrig, deutlich leiser als bei meinem vorherigen Gerät. Einziger Punkt, der mir aufgefallen ist: Der Barista Assist ist manchmal etwas zu empfindlich. Wenn er „12“ vorschlägt, kommen beim Lungo (laut Anleitung 125 ml) oft nur rund 50 ml heraus, weil der Mahlgrad zu fein ist. Das lässt sich aber leicht anpassen – einfach etwas gröber stellen, dann passt es. Took some time to start delivery but once it was delivered came pretty quickly. Product is great, use it for hit and cold latte. The tamper handle is very convenient to use. Seems like Ninja thought of everything to allow ease of use, maximal configurability and many different choices. The grinder works on time, not weight, which leads to inconsistent doses. Nowhere in the description was this difference clearly stated. Ich hab mir die ES701EU geholt, nachdem ich viel Gutes darüber gelesen hatte. Leider muss ich sagen - das Teil macht mich echt fertig. Das Hauptproblem: Das Mahlwerk spinnt komplett. Mal mahlt es ein bisschen und sagt dann "Bohnen nachfüllen", obwohl der Behälter rappelvoll ist. Manchmal macht es genau das Gegenteil - schüttet mir 22g in den Portafilter (viel zu viel!) und sagt trotzdem, ich soll Bohnen nachfüllen. Wie bitte?? Der Portafilter läuft mir schon über! Dazu kommt noch: Selbst wenn es mal vermeintlich "normal" läuft, krieg ich oft nur 7g raus statt einer vernünftigen Portion. Das reicht ja nicht mal für einen anständigen Espresso. Ständig muss ich nachjustieren und rumfummeln. ich hatte noch keinen einzigen Espresso, den man hätte trinken können. Was echt nervt: Es dauert immer ein paar Sekunden nach dem Drücken, bis überhaupt was passiert. Man steht da und wartet... ist das kaputt oder denkt es nach? Schade, weil die anderen Features eigentlich cool sein könnten. Der eingebaute Tamper ist praktisch, die Dampflanze lässt sich gut reinigen und die ganzen Programme (Lungo usw.) hätte ich gerne genutzt. Aber wenn das Grundsätzliche - nämlich vernünftig mahlen - nicht funktioniert, bringt mir der ganze Schnickschnack nichts. Für das Geld hätte ich echt mehr erwartet. So macht Kaffee machen keinen Spaß, sondern ist nur noch Stress. Überlege schon, das Ding sofort wieder zurückzuschicken, wenn der Ninja-Support (der aktuell absolut überfordert ist) nicht mit einer Lösung um die Ecke kommt, von der ich aber aktuell nicht weiß, wie die überhaupt aussehen sollte. EDIT: Ich hatte am 23.06. Ninja telefonisch kontaktiert. Nach einer Minute hatte ich jemanden am Telefon, der sich die Maschine mit mir über Zoom angesehen hat. Die Probleme sind bekannt, ich habe sofort eine E-Mail mit einer Fallnummer bekommen, mit der ich Amazon um einen Austausch bitten sollte. Das macht Amazon aber leider nicht, ich muss zurückschicken und neu bestellen. Ich habe die Bewertung aufgrund des schnellen Kontaktes zu Ninja von einem auf drei Sterne angehoben und bin dann gespannt auf die neue Maschine. Read more

I'm not sure if this is just a one-off issue, but water is leaking from the base of the machine not from the drip tray, which I double-checked. The leak appears to be coming from holes at the bottom of the unit. I've already informed Amazon, and they advised me to return the product and reorder. Read more
