endlich zufrieden. habe Renpho. sie ist preiswert & ok, aber auf die Dauer mir nicht genau & vertrauenswürdig genug: nach 1 Jahr stell ich fest, dass dasselbe gewicht stets auch dieselbe zusammensetzung — muskeln, fett, knochen, wasser — erzeugt. da stimmt was nicht, denk ich. also hab ich Withings Body Scan bestellt. sie ist quasi die teuerste & grundsätzlich gut ausgedacht, aber die Kopplung funktioniert leider kaum bis gar nicht. dazu hab ich eine extra-Rezension geschrieben. und, übrigens, der Kundendienst (von Apple) meldete sich erst, als das gerät schon längst zurückgeschickt und -erstattet war. mit der etwas trägen Frage, ob ich nicht mal über die Probleme mit der Withings chatten möchte… dann hab ich LePulse versucht. in dem glauben, sie sei französisch. preiswert war sie auch, im Vergleich mit Withings, aber leider mit China-App. das geht natürlich gar nicht. nicht für mich, jedenfalls. und nun diese Arboleaf aus Texas. sie funktioniert recht genau, koppelt — über Bluetooth — stets sofort mit der gut gestalteten App. bei der auch die kostenlose Version reichlich sinnvolle Daten liefert. natürlich — noch zufriedener geht immer. wenn mir die App vielleicht zukünftig auch die Durchflußgeschwindigkeit durch meine Blutgefäße und somit die Gefäßgesundheit mitteilen könnte (so wie die Withings Bodyscan), dann wär es natürlich super… und es scheint beim Stand der Technik auch gar keine Raketenwissenschaft mehr zu sein. also hoffe ich, geduldig. This works so much better than my old scale. It accurately reflects fat better than the old model. All it's measurements in the app are very useful. I am a slightly over weight 58 year old male who is excercising and working to get my weight down. So NOT an athlete and so far this has nailed what I am very accurately. I did take the time to do all the body measurements in the app though which likely helps it figure things out better. My old scale consistently said I was 30% body fat and this one is reflecting the more accurate 23-24% I am actually at. It also is reflecting my muscle mass more accurately at 128lbs versus 118lbs on the old scale. Read more

Pour le poids , elle donne des mesures cohérentes avec deux autres balances. C'est la seule à impédance donc pour les autres valeurs je ne peux pas vérifier. L'utilisation est bien plus pratique avec un smartphone, personnellement un Android, la connexion est aisé, on obtient un suivi des valeurs. Le logiciel est compatible avec mi-fit . Il est aussi possible de générer un pdf . Il y a cependant quelques défauts de traduction : vieille pour âge, cellulite pour graisse, morceaux de viande maigre molle ,j'ai l'impression d'être à la boucherie. Si vous arrivez à avoir l'équilibre musculaire vous êtes super bien équilibré, avec 20g de différence concernant mes jambes , j'ai le commentaire "légèrement inégales" . 20g sur 10kg cela fait 20/10 000 soit 0,2% , c'est certainement en dessous de la précision de la balance.
