Overall I really like this travel mug. I really prefer drinking out of ceramic over stainless steel or plastics, so this is nice for that. It is 14oz capacity max, but if you don't want to risk spilling or sloshing, you will probably only want to fill it with 12 oz of liquid. This is a normal sized mug to me, and smaller than a lot of travel mugs which tend to hold 18-20 oz. But, that being said, it meets my needs and I really like it! The lid is a nice feature - I like that it screws all the way shut which is great for walking around and not spilling. You can't sip out of it with the lid on but I prefer this kind of lid.
