Super cheap material! As a second time exclusive pumping mom I cannot recommend this product. Save yourself the headache! Us moms already have so much on our plates that replacing pump parts every 6 weeks should not be one of them! In less than 3 months I’ve already had to replace almost every part except the motor and containers. I actually purchased a second set of items so that I could prolong the life and even still I’ve had to replace each of them. I’m currently on vacation and experiencing another broken flange (my third one!). So now I have to pump one boob at a time for the next 6 weeks! I promise I handle the items with care, I’ve had my other pumps work very well and for long periods of time. I first wanna start by saying I fell in love with this pump. It worked amazing and was easy to assemble. I’m leaving one star because I was in the middle of a pump session tonight. 12 minutes in and the pump on my left side just died started making this low clicking noise and when I googled it it said if there’s no section and it makes that clicking noise, then the motor has died. I am so upset because this was so convenient but I haven’t even had it that long. Might I have gotten about 360 ounces out of both pumps together. Suction, output, noise level, and Bluetooth connection capabilities are great. What's not great is that the prongs that holds the collection cup to the flange has broken THREE times in 3 months! The first time, I did a replacement through Amazon. The second time, I decided that Momcozy needed to know about and have documentation of the issue, so I reached out to support. They were quick to respond and got me a new flange sent out...in the wrong size (27 instead of 24, did not include a 24mm insert). So now I have a new flange, in the wrong size with no way to make it the right size and my nipple is paying the price (cracked & extremely sore). As an exclusive pumper, I would 0/10 recommend this pump solely based on this issue. Between caring for a newborn and raising a toddler, I do not have time to go back and forth with chat support and wait on a new flange (in the wrong size) every couple of weeks. Read more

What a relief this pump is! I just got it today and I’m already smitten. My first impression when opening the box was that it is very well made and high quality. All of the parts feel like they are made out of high quality materials, and the carrying case is very sturdy and well designed for convenience and longevity. I also have a Zomee pump with the hands free wearable cups, but they require you to hook them up to the pump using tubes and then to be portable you wear the pump around your neck on a lanyard. Such a pain and not convenient at all! The Momcozy pumps are truly hands free and fit completely in your bra cups, so you are free to move around and can even pick up and hold your baby while you pump discreetly. It’s honestly a lifesaver for moms that have to pump exclusively, or any mom that just wants to not be tethered to a pump. I fully charged the pumps before the first use and have so far used them for five 30 minute sessions on the same charge, so the battery life is great. The extraction is great, but I use the 24mm size, so not sure how it does with the inserts. I like the different functions and levels of suction and they seem to empty the breast well. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with charging blocks. I don’t know why they would make this very high quality electronic product with everything you need except charging blocks, which are required to charge the product. Read more
