Pros: App was easy to install, ring was easy to pair. It came with a little bit of a charge so I was able to pair right when I got it, it did charge quickly (within a hour or so) and the battery life has seemed good so far. It also has period tracking, which my wife liked. Cons: I got this for my wife to track her sleep. The first night she wore the ring she was sick, and up multiple times throughout the night. The ring said she got a solid 10hrs of sleep. It didn’t account for all the times she had gotten up during the night and was wide awake. She didn’t wear it last night, she put it on the charger, the entirety it was on the charger it said she was sleeping.. 16hrs+ (pictured) She feels it isn’t accurately counting her steps either. This is a veryyyyy basic device but I am satisfied with it so far. I only wanted it to track my steps, which it does with 90% accuracy. I like that the battery lasts a long time (about a week or more in my experience). The app is janky but useable, I don't understand or trust the reliability of any of the other features besides the step tracking. Seems to have lots of glitches in the app and sometimes it doesn’t record and other times it records only part of the walk/workout. Also it didn’t charge right, thought it was the charger but after buying two other charges still had the same problem. Noticed on the app others said the same thing. I was sick of bulky watches for tracking step count. This ring works great for that. It's comfortable, discrete, and not bulky. Great battery life lasting about 5 days. Step count is a little higher compared to my Fitbit but not significantly. It's about 10% higher per day in the ring probably from just wiggling my fingers and typing etc. On a treadmill walk, the Fitbit and ring tracked the same distance accurately. The other features don't work great compared to Fitbit. The sleep tracker is way off. The heart rate and SPO2 work but it's more of an on-demand tracking than continuous. You have to open the app and run the feature. But compared to Fitbit the readings were accurate in that moment. In short, if you want a discrete step tracker that's not a watch or bulky clip on, this one is great and has a great price. If you're looking for something as advanced as the watches, this is not it.
