Upgraded from the keychron V2 65% board. I'd say 75% is the best form factor for most people. I like to game and numpads just get in the way so I went with the 65% when I bought the keychron but having the function row is something I really missed. This board is the best sounding board I've ever tried. I cannot believe how nice this is for the price. The software isn't as good as keychron's via software but it's decent. The keycaps are great. They have this nice texture to them and feel really high quality. The switches are fantastic. I literally could type an essay of a review for this board. If you want the best bang for your buck board that will sound good and just work straight out of the box then you won't be disappointed with this. There's a reason why this board is the most sold hot swappable keyboard lately. It's an incredibly value and has everything most people will need. If you're super into modding your keyboard then maybe don't get this. It doesn't have screws holding it together so you basically have to pry apart the case if you want to mod it and you'll probably scuff it up, but if you just want to change some switches or keycaps then that's super easy and they give you a really nice switch/keycap puller in the box. Lighting on this board is the best I've ever seen. It's so bright. I really like the white version with the navy blue accent keys. Super happy with my purchase, would definitely buy again. Just blown away at how cheap a hot swap gasket mounted wireless RGB keyboard is in 2025. My keychron with all the mods probably costed 2.5x the price of this and doesn't even come close to sounding and typing as good. Plus this one has wireless which is perfect for my setup. Cannot really explain how good this keyboard is! They switches are the Graywood V3's and they are so creamy with a nice thock!!! and I am totally sold on this keyboard. The quality is very high and the keyboard has some heft to it. It connect via Bluetooth, standard Wireless and via a USB cable for a direct connection and so far on wireless no issues and it has a great fast connection. This keyboard has a very good feel and sound. It makes me want to do extra typing just for fun. I dropped it from 4 feet on concrete and it is fine except for some scratches of course. Everyone I show it to has been impressed with the feel and sound the pre lubed switches and solid keycaps really make a difference. I do wish it had shine through keycaps or maybe side shine markings on the keycaps but I can see why they used these for optimal sound. Excels as a wireless keyboard as well, the dongle storage is very good and I can use the selector switch by feel and get the correct mode. I switched to this 75% keyboard after years of typing on a full Logitech keyboard with Cherry MX Brown switches; I found the Brown switches way too loud and unpleasant. I spent a few weeks researching smaller mechanical keyboards with hot-swappable switches, and eventually settled on this Epomaker. The keyboard was essentially tied with a Keychron V3 on my subjective ranking, but I ended up going with the Epomaker because I preferred the placement of the knob and the overall design. I would also like the preface my review by saying that while I spent a fair bit of time researching this keyboard, I am by no means an expert when it comes to mechanical keyboards. Pros: • I really, really enjoy typing on this keyboard. It sounds good and it feels good. • Very sturdy keyboard even though the housing is plastic. • I love the Graywood V3 switches I selected. I watched many YouTube videos to compare different switch options, and in the end I went with these ones because they are not too loud and they sound very satisfying. • I tried the keyboard on macOS, Ubuntu 22.04, and Windows 10, and it worked just fine. The volume knob works out of the box on all three operating systems. • The 2.4GHz dongle is attached magnetically to the rear of the keyboard. It is secure, yet easy to remove, and every time you put it back it makes a very satisfying click. I love these kinds of details! • At the time I bought this keyboard, it came with a special offer which let me select a fancy coiled aviator cable for free. This was really good value! See attached picture. Cons: • The Enter keycap has a tiny blemish. It's nearly indistinguishable, so this is just nitpicking. • No support for VIA or other "mainstream" customization software. I don't plan to customize the keyboard too much, so this isn't an issue for me, but the Epomaker-provided software seems to be Windows-only and a little clunkier than alternatives. Read more

intro: have tried many, MANY keyboards (razer, yunzii, rk royal kludge, epomaker x leobog) and holyyyyy this is the best keyboard by far. i got the reaper switches and omg they sound so dang good. i was so used to a aluminum keyboard (i was primarily using epomaker x leobog) but wanted a wireless keyboard since i use my pc for college (full time) and gaming and work full time from home with a laptop. before, i would have two keyboards to switch from my pc to my work laptop and it was just taking up so much space. i did some research and found this AND OMG. ITS SOO GOOD. i got the light blue color but changed the colored keycaps with the white cherry profile keycaps so the entire keyboard could be white. connectivity: have the 2.4 plugged into my pc and bluetooth connected to my work laptop. the connectivity switch is effortless and so fast. i am so happy to now have 1 keyboard on my desk that can switch between my two devices. i was scared seeing a few reviews saying the bluetooth connection was bad but i have had 0 problems and my work laptop is mounted under my desk. even with that, i had 0 connection issues and my keyboard was responsive every time battery: the battery life is FIREEE, i personally don’t use backlight (i know, how dare i) because i love the look of a keyboard when it’s not lit up. my keyboards last weeks before a charge because i don’t use the lighting. ALSO, if you don’t like the vertical light bar by the escape key on/flashing, literally press FN and the shift key on the left side of the keyboard to shuffle through modes! i turned mine off. switches: i was going to switch the switches out with akko lavender v3, but damn these reaper switches are so good. i’m so used to tactile, and although these are linear, i prefer them 1000x over my akko switches. these switches are a lot more quite and super comfortable to type on all day, considering im literally at my desk 10+ hours a day, 5+ times a week. i type a whole bunch for school, work and gaming and these did not tire my fingers out. they sound super satisfying and my boyfriend said he loved how subtle the sound was compared to my previous switches. the weight on them is heavier than i’m used to, but again, did not fatigue my fingers and feel super good weight: the weight is lighter than my epomaker x leobog hi75, but i prefer this! although its lighter, it still sits well on my desk and does not move around due to the grip on the bottom of the keyboard. i also don’t like large mouse pads, so this sits on my slick desk and still doesn’t move. height: my old keyboard didn’t let you adjust the height, so the fact that you can adjust the height 3 different ways is amazing. knob: the knob is great and does what it needs to do. i will say, if you use your knob, just press the button down before using it to turn it on.. it kind of goes into sleep mode after a while. not a big deal though! price: my epomaker x leobog cost me $85 and i got this on sale for $60. i wish i would’ve gotten this one in the first place! SOOO good for the price and soo worth it omg. rgb: again, i don’t really like rgb and don’t use it on my keyboards so i don’t want to give a review on it! i will say, i turned them on and they look sooo freakin good and a lot better than the epomaker x leobog keyboard i had. they have a ton of different light settings overall this was a great purchase and im sooo happy i got this keeb!!! Although the base of the keyboard is plastic it's very nice and for it's price the product is outstanding and the base surprisingly isn't too bad and the quality of the switches and key caps are really good.
