The design is interesting it reminds me of an egg crate from some reason. You head rests in the middle and the sides engulf around your head. Positioning (can be tricky) • Back sleeping: this is the easiest way to get the right position and comfort • Side sleeping: requires you to adjust and position to get the side of your head in proper position of the middle of the pillow and to provide the right amount of lift and support between your shoulder and neck. (The key is keeping your spine in alignment) • Stomach: is the most difficult, I found I could only lay in certain positions for short periods of time because of the pillow design This pillow is worth a try and so far, my results have been from good to mixed. I am a side sleeper and for me if I get the positioning right it works well. If I am off a little bit, it causes some neck discomfort. Laying on my back it is great and feels like a cloud with the right amount of support. I am unable to sleep on my back because of mild sleep apnea. I would give it a try. Read more
