The keyless chuck for this unit is very non-standard, and difficult to manipulate. It's a bit smaller than a name-brand unit. It does work, and I've used it several times without issue, other than the chuck. Usually, you can use the drill itself to tighten or loosen the chuck. That just doesn't work with this. You MUST use both hands to do any tightening or loosening. It isn't a game changer, but it is an annoyance. Even with the poor chuck, this is an acceptable low-use cordless drill.
