I am someone who like to have a clean shave or someone who uses zero for trimming. Often it would leave unclean and would have to go for a shaving to get a clean face. This Phillips OneBlade has resolved my pending tasks to find a good trimmer. Good build quality and practicability. Suitable for persons who wants to keep beard small lengths / stubble. Clearly not for long beards and it struggles for long beard removal. As far as the shaver, the razor is very comfortable to be used as we can take it anywhere and this doesn't need a shaving cream, shaving brush, water for a shaving. However, the drawback is you need to charge the shaver for 8 Hours which then, works for 45 minutes. Why can't the battery be charged for a short time like for 1 Hour or 60 minutes and use the trimmer for 90 minutes or even more ?. That seems to be the major drawback. The replaceable blade too is very sharp and provides a clean shave similar to how one gets through Gillette 7'o clock, Feathers etc.,. However, the cost of the replaceable blade is very expensive and it costs Rs.750 which I think is too much for anyone it buy it. By saying this, I am not saying the blade doesn't provide a close shave. The issue is you won't get a close shave similar to using the Gillette 7'o clock, Feathers blades etc., as no trimmer can ever do that. A Gillette 7'o clock blade does the clean shave even much better than this shaver and is not very expensive too. I have got no regrets with this trimmer or shaver as it does the job of giving a clean shave as required and as described, but you can see the drop in the sharpness of this replaceable blade after you have used it for 20 shaves which is quite normal to happen too. You can't use the blade more than twice a week and can last upto 4 months as stated. You need a clean or a close shave, you'll get it from this shaver for sure. The issue is the cost of the replaceable blade which is Rs.750 and this is too much which needs to get reduced to a reasonable cost and you can better search out for blades like a Gillette Wilkinsons Sword etc., to have a close shave as these blades aren't costly and can give you many number of clean shaves with just one of it's blades too.
