This motherboard came not only “used” it came broken. This is not in “good” condition it’s in “broken” condition. Sending it back and it never should have been sold again to begin with without specifying the multiple components that are broken. Learned my lesson. So sent 2 motherboards back all asus products. I went with another asus thinking the third time is the charm. Now this motherboards usb c ports stopped working randomly about 2 weeks after I installed this one. I am tired of sending these things back and at this point I don’t believe I’ll ever buy another asus product again. I really thought” hey all this crap about asus must just me an overreaction but 3 out of 3 motherboard I’ve gotten within the past few months have all had a problem. Now I could try to send this one back too but they make it so hard to even send a faulty board back . It took be two months to get a refund on the last one I sent back so be without a pc for a couple months or just suck it up a face the fact that I got screwed? I guess I’ll take the latter. Asus do better!! And anyone thinking of ordering one of these or any of other asus product , please do yourself a favor and don’t. I wish I would have listened to the comment before me.
