These are hands down the best earbuds, and quite possibly headphones, I've ever had. The sound quality is comparable to headphones I've had in the $100+ range, and is adjustable in app which I think is honestly really cool. They also came with multiple sizes of the.... silicone cover things?? Idk what they're called, but it was really appreciated because I need two different sizes; this was a major part of the rating as it made them by FAR the most comfortable earbuds I've ever used. Plus the battery life is excellent, and the case charges fast. I used these on a 14 hour drive without any issues. The waterproofing is also really cool and works as advertised. Also, the customer service was absolutely incredible. They were very nice and direct about what they could do and were able to solve my issue in a matter of like 5 emails. They advertise the product as being waterproof and adapted to swimming but the connection gets lost when in the water. They also don’t stay in your ears when wearing a bathing cap. Very disappointed Read more

I’ve had to buy these three times because I keep losing them…the only thing I wish I could change was being able to track them in my phone. Other than that, they’re very convenient and nice. They’re small and fit snug when you use the right earplugs that come in the package. They last a long time and have yet to loose their quality. Be careful with the touch sensors because if you wet them or neglect these too much, they become unresponsive. They connect right away without me having to hassle with the settings. I commute in a city on a bus and walk around campus and such. I can’t hear anything aside from my music. It does a great job at letting you focus on that and nothing else! The earbuds are pretty good; they fit well in the ear and don’t fall off easily. The sound quality is great, and there’s a dedicated app that allows you to equalize the frequencies and set different functions for the touch controls. The battery is amazing—I use it a lot, and I’ve never run out of juice while in use. With the case, it can be charged once a week. After a few months of use, the left side started fading a bit. The sound became very low, so I contacted TOZO's customer support to claim the warranty. They were super nice and friendly and replaced the product promptly. I really like TOZO's products; this is not my first one from them, and the overall quality is amazing. Unfortunately, mine came with a small defect, but the promptness of the company in resolving the issue definitely counts as a lot of positive points. Read more
