I have been looking at getting a small treadmill for my home for quite some time. I really like that this one is easy to use and maneuver to slide under the bed when it is not in use. The remote works well. So far I have no complaints. It is narrow and short, compared to a traditional treadmill, so it does take constant awareness of where you are stepping or you can easily trip yourself up. But overall, I love it! Read more

I was so excited to start using this walking pad. However, after following all the set up instructions (and adding lubrication because both the track and the lubricant reservoir were dry as a bone) the belt makes a horrible grinding sound as soon as I step on it. My husband and I both tried it as we are different weights but both well below the 300lb weight limit. No matter how we adjusted it, the grinding sound remained. I went ahead and contacted customer service and after they confirmed that I went through the trouble shooting processes, they are sending me a replacement. I did walk on it for about 10 minutes despite the noise, just to see how I liked it, and I actually love it. It's very comfortable on the feet, and the remote is very easy to use. I love that the remote comes with a battery already in it, plus an extra battery in the remote box. My husband is just over 6' tall and he did feel that the walking space was a bit short, but I am only 5' with a much shorter stride and it is PERFECT for me. It does weigh quite a bit but I found it easy enough to maneuver on the wheels to lift up to adjust the screws and slide it under my bed. I am very hopeful that the replacement is as quiet as it is intended to be because other than the noise, I really love it! UPDATE: The replacement unit arrived quickly and while we checked it for the sound (very quiet!!!!), it arrived while my husband and I were both down with a cold. I just started trying it out last night and after about 20 seconds on 2.0mph, it shorted the circuit for my master bedroom. Mind you, the original noisy unit was able to run for 20+ minutes without issue. Thought maybe it was the power strip I had it plugged into, but the same thing happened when plugged directly into the wall. Of course, now that we're no longer sick the return window has closed and I'm stuck with something I can't use. Super bummed. Read more
