This product came faulty. It won’t start. Gave an error message on the first try. We returned and re-ordered. They sent us the same exact piece we had returned as it had water marks inside. To no ones surprise, the replaced piece didn’t work and gave us the error message again. Read more

The item stopped working after only two month. we used only ten times. We called the customer service. They collect it and till now did not return it. Every day I am calling them, they are saying that they will deliver next day but they do not. Bad customer service. Read more

I purchased this dishwasher just three months ago, and I am already extremely disappointed with its performance. Despite completing the full wash cycle, the dishes come out dirty every time. No matter how I load them or adjust the settings, the plates, glasses, and utensils remain covered in grime. I expected much better quality from a product that’s only a few months old. Unfortunately, it no longer meets basic expectations for cleanliness, and I am now left with the inconvenience of hand-washing my dishes. I would not recommend this dishwasher. Read more
