Cela fait une dizaine d'années que j'utilise ces robots, des premiers Neato, aux iRobot, puis après des années de bons et loyaux services je suis passé au Roborock s7 car la fonction lavage me manquait vraiment et j'ai été vraiment satisfait. Je viens, pour ma résidence principale, de passer au Dreame L10 Ultra, après avoir visionné tout ce que j'ai pu trouver sur internet et YouTube. Aucun regret, et surtout une vraie satisfaction d'avoir du matériel vraiment efficace. L'appli est excellente, la qualité d'aspiration sur le carrelage et les tapis est sans faute, et le lavage est vraiment excellent. On vide le réservoir d'eau sale dans les toilettes et on rempli le réservoir d'eau claire et c'est tout. La station change la vie par sa simplicité. Le lavage et le séchage des serpillères est une fonction formidable, car sur le S7 de Roborock pour avoir laissé la serpillère sur le robot pendant 3 jours car je ne suis pas repassé à la maison, les odeurs de moisi étaient particulièrement désagréables. La navigation est excellente probablement encore meilleure que le roborock s7, le prix du L10s Ultra avec son IA additionnelle ne se justifie pas chez moi. C'est rangé et il n'y a pas grand chose qui traine par terre. En mode intensif (plus d'eau et plus de chevauchement des passages de la serpillère) les résultats sont impeccables. C'est propre et le lavage combiné à l'aspiration réduit visiblement les poussières sur les meubles dans la maison, bon ce n'est pas trop scientifique mais c'est mon observation. Silencieux, c'est le jour et la nuit par rapport à un iRobot 960, et un peu plus silencieux que le Roborock. Je ne suis pas un habitué de la publication de commentaires produits, mais là je pense que c'est un appareil qui change la vie en permettant de rentrer chez soi avec une maison impeccable. Ich hab den Dreame X40 Ultra Complete gekauft, da der vorhergehende hier bei uns ein Saugroboter der ersten Generation war, über 11 Jahre alt, vom Markenhersteller und ich jetzt einen APP-gesteuerten Roboter wollte, der auch wischt. Design und Navigation Der Roboter ist nur 9,6 cm hoch und kommt problemlos unter unsere Möbel. Ich liebe das Design, hab ihn in Weiß, natürlich ist die Station etwas groß, aber dafür muss ich nicht ständig etwas nachfüllen oder entleeren und ich hab ungenutzten Platz unter einer Treppe. Hindernisse erkennt er alle, teilweise beschreibt er sie selbst (unsere Katze), man kann diese bequem in der App sehen, über die Kamera kann man sogar ein Bild vom Hindernis sehen. Alle Hindernisse werden umfahren, bisher hat er sich noch nie irgendwo aufgehängt, verhakt oder ähnliches. Er reinigt präzise ohne anzustoßen. Reinigungsleistung Mit der Saugleistung von 12.000 Pa sind wir sehr zufrieden, er entfernt Schmutz, Staub und sogar Tierhaare gründlich von unserem Hartboden – wir haben keine Teppiche! Die ausfahrbare Seitenbürste und der Wischmopp erreichen auch Ecken sehr gut. Wischfunktion und Selbstreinigung Die Reinigungsstation wäscht die Wischpads selbstständig mit heißem Wasser (70 Grad) und trocknet sie anschließend. Das Schmutzwasser wird in die Station entleert. Der Wartungsaufwand für den Nutzer ist minimal. App Die Steuerung per App war für mich mit ausschlaggebend für die Kaufentscheidung, die App-Funktionen überzeugen mich sehr (Übersichtlichkeit und Funktionsumfang) und machen glaube DEN Unterschied zu anderen Anbietern, daher hierzu ein paar mehr Ausführungen: - Raum- und Zonenplanung: Mithilfe der App kannst du den Grundriss deines Hauses oder deiner Wohnung scannen lassen. Danach ist es möglich, Räume individuell zu benennen und gezielt für jeden Bereich Reinigungsaufgaben festzulegen. - Anpassbare Reinigungsmodi: Für jeden Raum kann man unterschiedliche Einstellungen wählen wie zum Beispiel die Saugleistung in drei Stufen anpassen (je nach Bodenart) und die Wischintensität regulieren, je nachdem, wie schmutzig der Boden ist. - Zeitpläne erstellen: Man kann genau festlegen, wann und wo der Roboter reinigen soll. Die Saugleistung ist sehr gut auf unseren Hartböden, Teppiche kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Navigation ist super und die App sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich. Für mich super bequem, ich lass putzen, wenn ich nicht daheim bin und kann sogar schauen, was die Katze treibt. Mit der Möglichkeit, Reinigungspläne anzupassen, No-Go-Zonen festzulegen und Reinigungsmodi zu individualisieren, wird der Roboter zu einem flexiblen und effektiven Haushaltshelfer. Auch für Technikneulinge mit wenig Vorerfahrung wie mich ist die App leicht zu bedienen. Insgesamt bietet er viel Leistung für seinen aber auch recht hohen Preis. L10S Ultra: researched many, considered L20 however, I don’t need the extended mop arm for the extra money. Great upgrade from my basic “bump & go” eufy 30C max (great value vac). I needed a mop vacuum that’s self-sufficient for my downstairs tile/vinyl/wood floors. This is a fantastic hands-off model. Set-up is extremely easy. Remove bumper protection, add brush and mop pads, insert cleaning solution and water - add device to app/wifi. Initially it will map the rooms (sounded like a box of gravel while doing so, leaving me thinking I had a defective model. I don’t. This noise has never been repeated.) Moist mop setting is useful for a wipe over, dries quickly. Wet setting leaves water behind (expected) but not enough that it takes ages for floors to dry. It will mop up light stains only. It starts by going round edges of the room very carefully/slowly, gets close to edges - approx 1” gap and then cleans the room in straight lines. I’ve been using the vacuum/mop combined setting, it’s great at vacuuming everything up before it mops. It recognises door mats and will boost the power automatically, thinking it’s a carpet. My eufy had two brushes rather than the one brush on this model, however - this is better as it doesn’t spread or “flick away” anything it encounters. I like the fact it recognises objects ie a forgotten pet water bowl and won’t bump it but small cables will get hoovered (phone cables) - extension lead size cables, it leaves alone. App is ok. You can section rooms and add no-go zones. You can tick “pet” if there are likely to be the accidental faeces for it to recognise/avoid. I don’t have this issue, so can’t comment. You can schedule cleaning in advance or just pick the rooms, hit go and let it do its thing. It’s a quiet machine, only loud part is when it empties the dustbin - it sounds like a powerful hoover for a few seconds. It will alert you when to add water to the main tank etc. Due to its avoidance of objects etc, it’s not got stuck like my eufy often did, ie under furniture (or in bright sunlight!). I’ve not tried scheduled cleaning overnight however would trust all to go well. I’ve also not tried the camera function, although others have provided good reviews of this. As it’s a white model, the only downside is the ramp to the docking station will get mucky quickly due to the mops, so you’ll need to clean this often if this bothers you, although you can’t see this when the machine is docked, only when it’s on its travels. I’ve had this model in use several times a week, both on vacuum and combined modes for 6 weeks - have yet to have to change the rubbish bag or cleaning solution. I’d absolutely suggest this model if you need the mop function specifically, if not, cheaper models are equally as good as stand-alone vacuums. Read more

Many years ago I had a roomba that blindly bounced around my house. It kind of worked but not very good and eventually ended up being easier to just vacuum myself. This robot vacuum is amazing. Setup was easy. Then I just sit down with my phone and tell it to clean. It roamed my house carefully and mapped out every room which I could watch in real time on my phone. It never hit anything and notified me of any obstacles and sent me a picture. I love tech and not much amazes these days but this vacuum has some amazing tech. It determined floor type of every room as it mapped so it automatically knows where to mop. Once the map is created you can tell it to clean a specific room and it will head to the room clean it and go back home. The app is good and not to hard to figure out. The second day I got it I came home and cleaned the dishes while I had the L20 vacuum the bedroom floor and vacuum and mop the bathroom. Then foleded clothes in the bedroom while the L20 vacuumed and mopped the kitchen. It was like I was able to do two things at once. This is such a time saver it was well worth the money. Just got it so time will tell how long it will last, but just based on what I have seen so far I would highly recommend to anyone. Read more

The Dreame L20 Ultra Robot Vacuum disappointed me due to its poor quality control—it looked used with dust in the bag upon arrival. The mopping functionality didn’t work at all, failing to wash the mop as advertised. Given these issues, I had to return it and cannot recommend this product. Read more

It is a wonderful robot, the obstacle avoidance is spot on, hasn't bumped into my furniture even once. The vacuuming leaves very minor scope (just about 5%) for improvement with long hair (we have tiled floor with little bigger than normal gaps between the tiles). Bought it a month ago and let it run almost daily. Set up of the device is super easy and I like the room function where you can get either only certain rooms cleaned or your whole apartment. I have tiles and carpets and vacuum switches easily from mopping to vacuum mode. It’s also quiet enough so it’s not bothering to have it run while you do other things. Also, doesn’t scare the cats. I've had the Z10 for a couple weeks now and it does a great job keeping my floors vacuumed! With the Z10 no more dust bunnies from my two golden retrievers (one of which sheds like crazy). It even cleans under the dining room table (lots of chair/table legs) which is a pain to vacuum. I have not tried the mopping feature. The Z10 does a good job getting the dog hair off my short pile carpets (my Dyson V11 does better but I don't have time/inclination to use it every day). The Z10 easily auto-empties the dog hair. The auto-empty design has two openings with one-side-in and one-side-out. This is why it is so effective in emptying dog hair. One slight downside of this design is the dust filter does not get auto cleaned. This means it needs to be manually cleaned periodically which is not a big deal. I do need to remove the hair on the roller brush every few days but I've needed to do that for all my vacuums (even ones that claim they automatically do that). The Z10 thoughtfully includes a hair cutting tool and has removable end caps on the roller brush. The removable end caps allow for easily removal of long hairs wrapped around the ends. I prefer to use scissors to cut wrapped hairs. The roller brush bristles tend to get clogged with hair and lint and to get them clean I need to use a fine comb (eg, a flea comb). Not as good as my Dyson V11 but not a big problem. The Z10 collision avoidance is nearly perfect as it rarely bumps into things. I also have a Shark Robot Self-Empty XL vacuum with VSLAM navigation, but it bumps into so-many-things so-often that I stopped using it. The Shark is almost comical trying to clean under the dining room table; it spends 99% of its time bumping into chair legs and backing up only to bump into another chair leg. I doubt that in 20+ tries the Shark ever finished cleaning under the dining room table. So, the Z10 is a great vacuum. Now about the software. It is passable but could use work. When first starting out the Z10 vacuums as the LIDAR maps the house. For me that was a problem as there were so much accumulated dog hair and the Z10 filled up and also ran out of battery. I needed to let it explore a while then call it back to the dock to empty and charge about a dozen times. I would strongly prefer that the Z10 map the house without vacuuming, then I could initially clean room by room. The Z10 software does a reasonable job of automatically determining rooms. Manually setting no-go zones is reasonable. But I want to vacuum my carpets every day and marking out the carpet areas is possible but a real pain (I've probably spent 2+ hours doing that). Another serious problem for me is the lack of control of the "cliff sensors". Cliff sensors are necessary for a robot to avoid falling down stairs. But, the Z10 cliff sensors think the black lines on one my carpets are stairs and do a contorted path over that rug missing quite a bit of it. To get the Z10 to vacuum that carpet I ended up taping over the cliff sensors but that it means it cannot distinguish carpet when mopping. So I get clean rugs but no mopping. I wish the Z10 had a "define carpet zone" but other than that I am really pleased and impressed. Read more

*See 10 day UPDATE below. I have five indoor dogs, one (Belgian Malinois) of which is a heavy shredder periodically. Currently, we have snow accumulation in my area (Tennessee). So hair and wet paw tracks are an issue. I have trained my dogs to the “wet feet” command. Upon entering from outside during wet weather periods, I would state “wet feet” and they would sit and wait for me to clean/wipe their feet/paws. Further, the amount of grit and debris carried in from outside in their paws (x 4 per dog) is unbelievable! When you have as many dogs as I do, this can wreak havoc on your back; and especially at my age of 64 years. lol. So, between the grit, wet/muddy tracks, and hair-you spend much time and effort cleaning multiple times throughout each day-wiping feet, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping. Since acquiring this robot, if it’s terribly nasty-wet outside, I still do the “wet feet“ drill, but only if it’s excessively nasty out. My guys come inside onto an absorbent rug, then go about their way. Dried tracks on the floor are no longer a problem. I have scheduled robot cleanings twice per day-(1) midday vacuuming and light mopping in rooms where dogs are, and (2), all rooms vacuuming and mopping at the end of the day (approx 9 pm) when dogs are inside/gone to bed for the night. Then I also have a deep cleaning scheduled for all rooms once per week at 9 pm. The setup and app is not convoluted at all. I suggest you just take the time to review the app and familiarize yourself with it-setup your schedules based on your needs, then setup any shortcuts you might need in the interim of routine schedules. Initially, it seems overwhelming, but it’s really not. I currently have one shortcut set for “pet tracks” and if my guys have tracked and it isn’t in close proximity of my scheduled cleaning time(s), I activate this shortcut and it does a quick vacuuming and mopping of the rooms where my dogs are allowed and have tracked wet/muddy prints. You can setup shortcuts based on your needs per room/zone. The options and pros are voluminous and I’m still learning and adjusting as I go. What I don’t like at all is the cleaning solution situation. You can only use the specified solution per Dreame-and I’m mostly ok with that EXCEPT it is out of stock-everywhere. Another and equally important thing, you have to replace the entire solution container when you run out. There’s no refilling of the container. I find that to be unfortunate in the amount of plastic accumulated and trashed in the environment with each empty container, and most assuredly, more expensive. The solution container should be one capable of being refilled. I’m tempted to remove one star for this, but the robot in and off itself truly deserves 5 stars. That said, SHAME ON DREAME for their (1), failure in their cleaning solution design not being environmentally friendly, and (2), failure to have the cleaning solution available and in stock. If you’re going to design it so only your cleaning solution can be used-then ensure it’s available to your customers for goodness sake! Dreame really dropped the ball, holistically, with the cleaning solution situation. Absent my gripe about the cleaning solution situation- is this robot worth it? It is expensive, by all means; but yes! It is absolutely worth it. It’s been a real back-saving and quality of life improvement for me. PS. In advance, please forgive any typos as I did this review on my phone with autocorrect, which typically has a mind if it’s own. *UPDATE * Almost two weeks into using this robot daily, at a minimum-my life is soooo much easier and my floors are clean. As I have five dogs and it’s wet, winter weather here in Tennessee, I have tweaked the scheduled cleanings due to the nasty wet weather right nite-regular cleanings five days per week and deep cleanings two days per week. I continue to use the shortcut for pet tracks intermittently, for wet tracked paws. I haven’t had my Bissell multi-surface floor cleaner out one time since. Now, does this robot clean deeply like I would? No. But it’s pretty dang close. There’s a few spots in my house it can’t get to such as under my sofa, under the coffee table, my pedestal dining table feet…those are things which will have to be moved under any circumstances to clean underneath. That’s ok. Since this robot was so expensive, I did purchase the 2-year extended warranty for added peace of mind. I was really on the fence with this robot and one of the Roborock’s (7+) and ended up going with this one. No regrets thus far…At all. Read more

We've been a robot vacuum user for years, ever since some of the first Roomba's came out(well over 10 years). This one blows every previous version out of the water. The only reason I would regret buying this as opposed to any other, is my budget for a new vacuum didn't allow me to buy the newer models of this one. Still extremely happy with this one. I'll start with the two negatives. The scheduling in the app isn't really straightforward, but works well once you figure it out. And the 2nd is it takes quite a while to do our house. We start it at 8:30 AM, and it oftentimes finishes after 2PM. It's not constantly running the entire time, but it does go back to the base, dump the dust, dirty water, recharge and refill it's water. It charges maybe 2-3x every time it does our house. We do have a relatively big house, with mostly tile flooring and a couple carpeted rooms(and a couple floor coverings), so it switches between mop and vacuum mode pretty often. The house mapping is great, it creates a map of your house and you can always see where the Vacuum is by looking in the app. It will also tell you where you have objects that you should move(like dangling wires). It will even in many cases identify what the object is(Shoes, power cables etc). I was able to install the Alexa skill for it and get it to trigger by using alexa. Was even able to get it to run anytime we set our alarm during the day(so if we leave, it would run... which turned out to be WAY too often, so we turned that off). The vacuum will get stuck at times, typically if you forget to store a cable or something, it sometimes doesn't avoid them and will get stuck in the pads and it will alert you that it's stuck. This doesn't happen that often. It avoids most obstructions like shoes, boxes and things like that that you leave around the house. It appears to do a very good job mopping the entire floor and switches very well between carpet and tile. It raises the pads and I've never had an issue with it getting the carpet wet. Every time we drain the water from the base, it's dirty, so it does appear it's cleaning the floor pretty well. We have gray tile so it's hard to see dirt on it. Just overall really happy with it. My floors seem cleaner than they've ever been. If you're looking for a robot vacuum and this is in your budget... buy it. If you have a larger budget, then buy the newer versions. Read more
