I’m 63 yrs old. Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis both feet, calcified tendonitis/Achilles tendinitis and 6 bones spurs. I was hobbling for about the last 4-5 mos. Haven’t walked much at all since January as far as normally walking 3-5 miles per day. Got this pad on Aug 13 and what a difference it has made in foot pain, my ability to get my work done and basically some peace of mind in knowing this can get better.
