I have extremely sensitive skin that reacts to anything with active ingredients or any fragrance and harsh essential oils. This cream caused no irritation at all. It was the perfect mix water and oil. It is also thick enough to be used during the winter and can be used as spot treatment as well. It is not sticky, does not pill, and also keeps my skin supple and moisturized for an entire day even in dry weather.
