This is a beautiful looking guitar and the quality and sound are amazing after some adjustment. As a beginner, I wondered why the guitar sounded a bit thin a weedy, was it because it’s cheap. I started to think you need a decent amp and effects, maybe replace the pickups…. Absolutely not, the guitar needs need set-up and adjustment straight out of the box. There are tools provided and plenty of tutorials on YouTube. Intonation (saddle adjustment) and pickup height are essential. Raising the pickups towards the strings makes a huge difference to the tone and sustain. Very happy with the purchase and learning process to make this sound amazing. Read more

This guitar is absolutely brilliant, and a great little 10amp amplifier along with some extras for a fabulous price. A squire by fender guitar, you simply can't go wrong. The sound from the guitar is terrific. Pay just a few pounds more for this instead of the slightly cheaper ones, you won't regret it and it really is only a few pounds.
