Me tomó unas 3 o 4 pruebas hallar el punto de calor de los sartenes para que no se pegue la comida, funcionan bien una vez se les halla el modo. Es a fuego medio-alto y dejar que el aceite caliente también, sin llegar a humear. Lo malo es que las paredes de los sartenes y ollas son delgadas y es 100% seguro que se van a manchar de modo irremediable de grasa pegada. El fondo del sartén curiosamente no se queda tenido de grasa gracias a qué es la única zona gruesa. I bought these for 3 reasons: 1- I needed induction ready cookware since I went from natural gas to electric, 2- There is no anti-stick coatings to peel or chip - just stainless steel, 3- T-FAL made these. For instance, the rivet heads are a half inch wide and one quarter inch thick. The price reflects the quality and if my set lasts as long as the stuff I have now (still good, not Hell's Kitchen) - I spread the cost over the length of a lifetime.
