These are great, very conveniently packaged. They are very large so if you have trouble swallowing pills these definitely aren't for you. OK, I’m probably coming from a slightly different place than many reviewers, but here’s my experience. I just turned 70, and have taken supplements my whole life. I walk 5 miles a day with my German Shepherd and I work out two or three times a week at the gym, but I am hardly a bodybuilder. I tried these mostly on a whim, because they seem to have so many great ingredients in a relatively small number of pills, and I have to say I’m absolutely amazed at how much better I feel.
