This is my first set after converting from Teflon coated pans. They are great - heat up quickly, even cook, little to no oil needed. Something was burned when we used the small pot for the first time. I was almost certain I’d have to get a whole new set to replace it but all it needed was a soak and a light-to-medium scrub and you’d never have known. Stain completely gone and no scratches from the cleaning. It comes with 3 lids which cover all the pans. Two of them came with a dented metal rim but they still fit on the pan and don’t affect the cooking. I noticed after I already used some of the pans so was too late to return for an exchange. Because of the material, when cooking, the pan gets extremely hot so be careful not to touch it. The handle is fine though. We use the two small shallow pans the most. It’s been 3 months now and the small one has some light stains for useage or not soaking straight after and a small chip on the edge when it hit the cabinet whilst being put away after washing. After less than one month of use, all the pots and pans are stained and ugly, and stains don’t come off in any way. Everything else is good but the stains are a big NO for me, they are all grey and orange inside and out now. Maybe try a darker color if you want this set. Read more
