I had ordered 24 pack, then Amazon Prime had the 48 pack for not much more, so based on the online raves and coupon by the Today show, ordered that. I was also impressed by the very natural ingredient list when Rufus informed me of it. I am very sensitive to fragrance and chemicals. I tried these patches twice, with the fat end in the wrong position, and not much happened, though I was perhaps hoping for a miracle. The third time I had not gotten enough sleep and was attending a memorial service, and looked wretchedly sleep -deprived. I realized the fat part needed to be towards the outside of the eye. I took patches out from the fridge. I left them on perhaps 40 minutes. And miracles DO happen. No sunken eye look. No under eye wrinkles. No dark shadows. I was and am amazed! I must also say they have great customer service if you don’t like them! These seem always on sale, and I can’t imagine any with safer, more natural ingredients, since I read the organic expensive “Pure” brand has an irritating fragrance.
