Necesitábamos mejorar el tono muscular de los brazos, al observar flacidez en la zona de los tríceps. Sabíamos que los ejercicios de compresión podían ayudar a mejorar varios de los músculos de brazos y pecho. Un simple aparato de muelle nos parecía muy rudimentario.
