The OEM dongle constantly disconnected, as if it were being unplugged and then plugged back in over and over again; Windows even made the USB connected/disconnected sound. Ghub detected it right away and it asked me to pair it to my mouse. Turn on the mouse, turn off then back on, and it works. The OEM receiver would constantly mount and unmount in windows. I would leave it in my laptop as I travelled. Not going to do that anymore but this one feels snug in the slot, not loose like the OEM. Logitech's website is a nightmare to navigate to find replacement parts, glad I was able to get this overnight with prime shipping. Glad I got my mouse up and running again. Read more

Item looks like the original that I broke somehow. Very easy to sync and works perfectly. Once you get it connect to PC, open Logitec GHub, it will detect the new receiver immediately, click sync, turn mouse of then back on, hit done, and boom. Read more
