I’ve used headache relief wraps in the past that essentially have ice packs that slip inside fabric…they’re so cold that you can’t leave them on for long before it’s actually painful. This wrap isn’t like that at all! The inside is like a gel material, it stays flexible (not a brick of ice like other wraps are), so it completely conforms to your head/face. The directions say to put in the refrigerator for 30 mins before use, or for warm therapy, it can be microwaved for a few seconds. The cooling is perfect for migraines, and the warmth is perfect for sinus pain. I really like this headache wrap…I haven’t found a fault with it.
