This coat does not disappoint. It's great quality and so comfortable and warm. I got the Ivory color and it's a nice neutral as pictured. The material is thick and nicely lined. I'm 5'8" and the length is great, hit right above the knee. The lines are nicely flattering and I like that it has the slight "V" pull around the waist area to define that more, along with the small belted accent in the back. It's a scam. They have sent very cheap quality. Completely different from the picture. Amazon is not taking retun delivery for this order. They are directed to seller and seller is playing since he is doing a scam. Seller keep sending wrong address and mobile number for shipping. Don't get trap.
