These massagers work perfect. It definitely helps with get the ducts to release the milk. It has a 10 minute auto shut off. I use it for about 5 minutes and move it around the breast per the instructions in the guide. Then I use it while I put until it shuts off. It is the perfect size for large breasts so it does not matter the size. It has 2 heat modes and 2 vibration settings. The lactation massager is a great tool to use when either when you have a clogged duct or when you feel that your breasts are still full after a session repeatedly. Sometimes it’s the pump and you can pump for 40 mins but sometimes you can just massage the breasts to help the milk flow and let down. And with this lactation massager, there is a vibration as well as a warmer/heat option too which enhances the benefits. I just use this for about 10 minutes prior to pumping. I definitely prefer this over hand massaging. Also note that, it doesn’t help with the milk supply but rather the milk flow.
