I sleep on my back so that helps. They hydrate my skin and when I take off my skin has a nice glow to it. You have to be careful when taking out of the package and the plastic off or they will rip apart. But just be gentle I have added these to my skin routine and do the face mask once a week and my skin feels and looks great the next morning and for days after. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my fine lines expect they are not as prominent as they were but idk if that is due to the red light therapy I also do or from the face masks but I’ll take it either way. I make sure to use the eye patches and mouth patch on my neck and also use the excess stuff for my neck and arms as to not waste it.
