I have had this product for just under two months. It was brilliant at first, so many beautiful ice cubes! If you followed the instructions they weren’t hard to free up, it was getting them out through the hole that was fidgety, but that was only a mild inconvenience. I soon figured out that if you run it under cold water for a moment (Often you can hear the ice begin to crack then) on each side before pressing on it it helps loosen things up. I’d bring this up to my boiling loft room having used half of the ice and stored this in my mini fridge so I wouldn’t have to go all the way down for ice. It kept the ice fairly well, but I don’t know how it would fair on a picnic or if you’re out somewhere hot without a mini fridge or cooler. I previously had given this a lower rating because it came apart. Turns out I was just dumb. Obviously these are, as advertised, able to be broken down for cleaning. When you put them together again, make sure you're trying to attach the sides the correct way up. Read more

These Icebreaker Pops are so easy to use. When the easy instructions are followed making ice cubes couldn’t be easier. Once I fill the Icebreaker Pop with water or my choice of juice I place it in the freezer (vertical position). Spilled water is no longer a problem as the liquid is sealed tight inside the container. I don’t have to mop any water like I use to when using open ice trays. The water seems to freeze faster as well. I bought these from a recommendation by a coworker. There is a small learning curve but, I think they work very well. They are also compact so you can use them in a small freezer. I could also see using these in a cooler. All you need to do is bang the unit on a hard surface, pull apart, open and you have ice. My only two gripes are that they are a pain to get all of the ice out of and they basically give you a large glass worth of ice. Other than that, I really like this product. Read more

My kitchen fridge lost power and I was buying bag ice for weeks. Felt like I was wasting money, then I found this to use in my smaller garage fridge, till my other fridge got fixed. Like most people who’ve purchased the item, it seems like a great idea. If it makes ice cubes, doesn’t spill water everywhere between the sink and freezer, seems like a win!!! I bought two, if they did what I needed, I’d be happy and if not, not a big investment lost. They worked. Did as advertised and if it wasn’t for user error, I’d never had met Kim. She’s awesome btw… I froze my first batch of ice and was eager to try the tray out and did as the instructions said. Pressed on both sides and then attempted to pull apart. Sad to say I broke one of the handle clips because I wasn’t thinking, I needed to open the top to release the vacuum within. I emailed customer support and they responded right back. Sent me a full tray even though I wanted to buy replacement parts. I broke it and intended to pay for what I broke but Kim saved the day. They trays will solve the argument over not refilling the ice tray, that alone is worth the risk of buying but you’ll like them. Companies don’t often send replacements and these guys do.
