I was hesitant in ordering these because of the price, but I did. I measured my insoles in my sneakers, measured the inside of my sneakers, and ordered a Large, and the carbon fibers were 2-1/2 too small. I wear a 9W in my shoes. The carbon fibers would most likely move around too much, and cause irritation. I don't think they are supposed to be that small in your shoes.
