Good product. The camera is well-built and sturdy. I love the strong magnetic base so the camera can't get knocked off the base and the base is very stable. Picture and video are very clear and the camera works well. The motion detection notification works 98 to 99% of the time; only rarely does it fail to notify me when it detects a person if they happen to walk past very quickly. I use the camera to keep an eye on my 91 year old mother (in the other room) when I'm working in my home office and the Noorio camera gives me peace of mind. Overall, this a great product. Read more

The product does not do as advertised. First thing’s first … Bought this camera 4 days ago installed 3 days ago charged it to 100% and now after not even a 3 full days, it’s already 78% battery on power savings mode, which is far far far from the up to 6 months of battery life that they are claiming to endure… you do the math. Second thing video is of decent quality but the response time of the app and the live video is not good. There is a lag of 2-3 second, sometimes even more , from movement to action on camera on my 850Mbps home WiFi network … I still haven’t return it tho and the only thing keeping me from returning it is the wireless/magnetic capability. It’s quite easy to install it pretty much anywhere without the hustle of a wired plug in … I’m still not sure tho if that’s the only reason worth keeping it . P.S … additional review. Product is not really good quality a lot of glitches internal memory doesn’t show says error and cannot be deleted if one what’s to… But most importantly is the battery claim , now I don’t know if this is a failing battery with expired date or something but I connected it on 27th June when it arrived and today is 8th July , battery percentage is 4 on battery savings mode …. So maybe the claim of up to 6 moths of battery life is on the shelf if you are not using it and it’s only switched off, otherwise barely 10 days … Read more

The frames are frozen, notifications ping but then it stays ‘decrypting’ for ages before a message turns up ‘Refresh’ and when you try to refresh, nothing happens. Once in maybe twenty videos, one plays for about two seconds so it does not even fully decrypt the whole video. Save your money folks. The nice packaging and ease of set up is worth nothing when the product fails to deliver. Read more

I love these cameras so far. I purchased these because I'm living alone with my children now and want a sense of security. These were easy to set up and pair to the hub. Hint: set up the hub 1st then pair the cameras to it. The instructions are simple and easy to follow Mounting was easy even though I'm terrible with tools. Once paired, set up, & mounted you can easily control different functions within the app. The app is easy to understand and navigate & don't forget, FREE! The picture is crystal clear & you don't necessarily need to get the paid subscription for cloud storage. I simply delete unnecessary videos & keep the ones that might be valuable until they're not, which saves a ton of space. I didn't purchase the solar panel charger so every month or so I'll have to recharge until I do. I had to recharge my front porch's camera last night & after doing so it wouldn't sync again to the hub. I tried a few things but nothing worked & eventually all my cameras & the hub went offline. I contacted Noorio (mind you, this is a Saturday afternoon, CDT) through email and they responded within a few minutes. They kept giving me things to try until it worked. They were pleasant and very helpful the entire time and, for me, this is what wins me over because quality customer service is hard to come by these days. I'm back up and running and happy about it. These cameras have caught so much activity on my property that I've been able to resolve issues purely based on the crispness of the videos. I would've bought the doorbell camera but I set up one of the cameras on the porch until I got it. The camera proved better than an extra doorbell camera because it notifies me on my phone whenever someone is approaching, I can have a conversation with them, take a still shot of the person or record the interaction, & turn on the light or alarm through the app. Also when I'm not home I can speak to my kids through them in my God voice when they least expect it! Hehehee... I'll purchase more cameras soon and the solar panels so it'll eliminate the need to recharge. The only reason I haven't bought them is because the panels are so large from viewing pictures in other reviews. I think this takes away from the cameras being inconspicuous although it does take alot of thought & effort out of maintaining the camera system. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I haven't had these cameras long and it's been warm outside. I'm looking forward to how they'll hold up during inclement weather and the winter and will update if there's a change. Purchased in Nov 2024. Loved how easy they were to set up and use and the picture quality was excellent both in the dark or bright light, so quickly bought 2 more cameras, the B311 which were supposed to be even better for outdoors. For some reason, had trouble setting one of the B311 cameras up (something seemed to go wrong when I did an update of the firmware) so contacted their customer support. They were quick to respond and provided numerous options to try and resolve the issue. After trying many of these options unsuccessfully, they offered to replace the camera, but as luck should have it, it ended up working just as they offered, so I didn't end up needing a replacement (but glad they offered). I have been so happy with the cameras and the customer support (mainly dealt with Shirley) that I have bought an additional 2 more cameras to fully cover my property. It is late Feb now and I haven't had to recharge any of the cameras yet, looks like they will last at least 6 months on one charge, I notice the ones outside are draining slightly faster than the indoor ones, but they are also "on" more. I highly recommend this product. I don't seem to be able to leave 5 stars, just 4, but I would leave 5 if I could. Read more

Purchased 2 of these, very easy to install, looks nice. However, there are few issues. Number one, full battery didn't last 6 months as mentioned in the description. Never fully trusted cameras, but i've spotted this switching itself on when i'm home and its meant to be disarmed, so have it turned around unless i want to use it. I tried to email the help centre at Noorio but the email bounced back, so not much help. There is also a black square on the screen when checking the camera on the phone blacked out, and there is no support as the email just bounces back.
