I love Mary Ruth's Liposomal Hair Growth Vitamin that comes in the big bottle. I was going on vacation so I purchased these to pack so that I could be consistent with my vitamin regimen. I honestly cannot fathom who approved the taste of these because they are absolutely horrible. The flavor is "maple syrup" which I typically would have loved. However, these have such a sugary sweet artificial flavor I had to hold my nose to get them down each day. On top of that they have chunks of something in them. It almost feels like ground nuts? I kept them because they were already packed for my trip and once I got there I was committed to taking them in order to not miss a week of taking the hair vitamins. But this flavor needs to be recalled. It's just awful and the chunks make it almost unbearable. Read more

I’m using this to combat Postpartum Hair loss and the taste is horrible, I gaged. But i think it’s going to work. I’m using rosemary spray for my roots too. I’m doing and external and internal hair growth journey. UPDATE: ADD IT INTO YOUR COFFEE!!!! Im all out now, i’m back on the Mary Ruth’s Multivitamin + Hair Growth, it tastes better and is going to last me longer. Read more
