Once I opened the package, it looks like the package was opened before and repacked it.As per the instruction manual,I have to remove the plastic from the filter before starting the unit.But there was no plastic cover in the filter and the inner layer of filter is deformed. Next, when I connect the power supply and push the ON button, it is not getting ON.
