The seal to the bottle was not attached. I should have requested a refund then, but it’s a supplement I really need daily. This was a new company for me. I open the caps and just take the powder because I’m allergic to a lot of excipients. That went well initially, then today I tried 4 caps in a row and they all tasted strongly of mold and I had to spit them out and now have to throw away the whole rest of the bottle. If I just swallowed the caps, I’d never know they were moldy. I do have another bottle already on order, so hoping it’s an issue with that batch and/or the seal, but definitely have concerns about quality and testing. I tried to contact the company to provide the batch # but see no phone # on their site and I tried submitting a contact form but after 20 mins of submitting it still hadn’t gone through so I closed the tab and gave up.
