What I like: Overall style and look of the guitar. Fit and finish was excellent. Neck pocket, action, tuners, feel of the neck, all met expectations. Especially considering the low price $149.00 plus a $20.00 coupon bring the price down to $129.00! What I didn't like: All fret ends were sharp or very sharp (fret sprout or)? Played for about 10 minutes and my left hand was all scratched up. Couldn't continue playing with the fret ends so sharp. Electronics were lacking. The main issue was humming, way beyond what one would expect. Maybe not grounded adequately or? Customer Service: Very responsive, listened to my concerns, provided me with a number of ways to possibly improve it. Fesley suggested I return it to Amazon since Amazon is the seller. Frets polished and rounded, no sharp edges. Fast neck. Good setup from factory, into action spot on. Tremolo was tight but functional. Held it's tune through my bending fretwork. I swapped cases with my fender for travel. Gig bag provided is ok. Maybe I got lucky, this guitar is a keeper. Read more

The manual said it had a 5 way switch for the HSS pickup pattern. Mine only has a 3 way switch. This limits it's functionality to just one pickup at a time. Also the tremolo bar seems like it may strip out at any time. Also plan to spend some time getting it setup right. Other then that it's OK for entry level at this price. Just an update. I’ve spent days going back and forth with the seller, Fesley, or I don’t know who. I was even offer a full refund but when I requested it they reneged and tried to tell me my 3 way switch is a 5 way. I can count to 5 so I think I can count to 3. I’ve worked in electronics my whole life. If couldn’t tell the difference between a 3way and a 5way switch I would have starved to death. If your going to sell an HSS pickup guitar with only a 3way switch then advertise it that way. Another Update. Fesley got back to me and explained to me what they think is wrong. Turns out the black cap on the switch can get jammed down in shipping. I pulled my cap up with pliers. It came off which allowed me to test the full range of the switch. It is a 5way switch. My son seems to love his new guitar. This is his second one and is something he likes to learn about and play around with. After opening the package we noticed a broken string so now we have to find out how to change it and what we need to buy for it. Bummed but could be worse . Unbelievable quality for a very affordable price. My sunburst had a gorgeous finish and a beautiful maple neck which is very smooth and was straight. The maple finger board and the frets were very smooth. My model just required tuning and was playable as is. The tones - five way switch for two singles and one humbucker pickup were good. The knobs are smooth but snug and are black to match the hardware - machine heads, covers. The white pickup covers are a nice contrast. It is a medium weight and comes with a padded gig bag of good construction for transporting to gigs or lessons. and it has a tremolo with nice push in tremolo arm in black!. Strings were nice to start with. A great first guitar to learn on or to use in a small coffee shop. Read more
