Ich wollte einen neuen Kaffeevollautomaten, weil die Delonghi mir einfach zu laut war und ich morgens um 6 Uhr nicht das ganze Haus aufwecken wollte. Wichtig war mir auch eine möglichst schlankes Gerät. Die Latticia OT lässt sich sehr leicht bedienen und man kann die Kaffeemenge ganz einfach mit dem Drehrad regulieren, ohne in irgendwelchen Menüs rumzuklicken. Die Melitta brüht einen kräftigen Kaffee, so dass meine Einstellungen für eine einfache Tasse Kaffee auf der niedrigsten Stufe steht. Man kann sich auch ganz einfach einen Americano zubereiten, weil die Heißwassertaste direkt loslegt und auch stoppt, wenn man nochmals draufklickt. Das finde ich auch an der Maschine so genial. Man hat keinen überflüssigen Firlefanz und Menüs und Einstellungen zu bewältigen, wenn man nur eine Tasse Kaffee möchte. Menge wählen, Getränk und die Maschine arbeitet los. Auch kann man einen Cappuccino richtig zubereiten. Nämlich erst den Espresso und dann den Milchschaum darauf. Außerdem kann man mit der Latticia auch große Tassen und Latte Macciato Gläser befüllen. Die Maschine ist wirklich leise und kein Vergleich zur vorherigen Caffee Corso. Die Reinigung ist kinderleicht und schnell erledigt. Sie braucht wenig Platz und sieht schick aus. Firstly, this machine makes a fabulous cup of coffee, latte, cappuccino or plain black or white. My trusty De’Longhi (over 10 years old) went bang so it was time for a new machine. Hard to choose a different maker but I’m glad I did. It’s beautifully made - solid and good looking. The setup is pretty simple and is just about fully explained in the first time setup in the manual. The setting to make it as hot as possible works well as I like my coffee really hot. It also takes the standard water filters (which improves the flavour) and they are cheap enough as long as you don’t but the ‘branded’ versions - so then you don’t have to faff around with the frequent descaling if you don’t use the filters (it also makes setting the water hardness a redundant feature). Some people are moaning about the endless cleaning cycles- don’t listen to them- it’s no more intense than my de’longhi was after each drink, just different- and I don’t mind at all. You can adjust the quantity and strength easily ‘on the fly’ which is nice as you don’t always have the same mugs/cups etc. the only drawback is that the ‘Costa’ sized latte glasses don’t fit under, nor the slightly smaller versions - but that’s no different to my old machine - so we’re now using mugs - but that’s ok as they actually take the same volume of liquid. I was cautious about not having a milk carafe, but actually it’s so much more sensible just having a tube and wand (purchased separately but absolutely necessary). You just drop the wand into your milk bottle- simples! No mess, no space taken up in your fridge. The clean cycle after making a milk based coffee does require dropping the wand into a receptacle with water - so I just have an old milk bottle filled with water stashed behind the machine for that. Again, you had to run a clean cycle on my old machine- so no difference there. It is quite quiet- maybe not whisper quiet as stated. It also makes 2 coffees/lattes at once - that’s really neat. This is a great coffee machine that makes a really good coffee. But the information regarding 2 years of manufacturer warranty is not correct, as I just figured out. After 11 months of usage, at first, it is not possible to find any contacts to apply for warranty service. When I contacted Amazon support, I was given a German email to write about my issue. After doing so, I was contacted by local service center in UAE, but suddenly find out that my coffee machine has only 1 year of manufacturer warranty. And this year is already expired because they count it from the moment of selling the item to Amazon, not from the moment of my purchase at Amazon. Next I contacted Amazon support service again and was requested for Service Denial letter from manufacturer. Then I contacted manufacturer service for denial letter, but they refused to share it because they were selling the item to Amazon, not to me. Then I contacted the Amazon support service again, shared this information and find out that they do not see any issue with fact that their product information is not true and misleads the clients. They suggested me to go to manufacturer service management and try to convince them that warranty is two years, and probably should be counted since my purchase at Amazon, not when Amazon has purchased it from the manufacturer. But according to manufacturer internal records, there is no warranty already.. When I asked Amazon support on this they said that they cannot help with anything because according to their records the warranty is 2 years. All that they can do for me it is to get the item back and issue the refund as an exception. But year ago I bought this coffee machine 600 AED less than it costs now, so I won't be able to get a refund and buy the same model again. But this is also not an issue for Amazon's support service , they denied to replace the item to the same model or to assist with warranty (previously sold to my by Amazon) anyhow. If I knew that 2 years warranty is not true, I would buy the additional warranty or the coffee machine from another manufacturer. But since I did not know, now I have to extra pay in both cases: if I want to repair the existing one or if I buy the same model after refund. Read more

Der Kaffeevollautomat von Melitta ist schmal aber tief. Das sollte man bedenken um den richtigen Platz in der Küche zu finden. Schick sieht er auf jeden Fall aus. Die Einstellungen zu Kaffeestärke und Füllstand (Wassermenge) sind sehr einfach und somit praktisch gestaltet. Mit einem Drehrad bestimmt man die Menge; z.B. Kaffee oder Espresso. Mit einem Druckknopf wird die Kaffeestärke eingestellt, wobei man zwischen 1, 2 oder 3 Bohnen wählen kann. Das reicht für den normalen Benutzer. Dann gibt es noch Knöpfe für Kaffee, Cappuccino und Milchkaffee (Latte Macchiato). Völlig ausreichend für den "normalen" Kaffeegenießer. Wer eine Wissenschaft aus dem Kaffeetrinken machen möchte, sollte sich eine andere Maschine kaufen, der weitaus größere Teil ist mit dieser Maschine sehr gut aufgehoben. Man will ja gerne guten Kaffee trinken und dies möglichst einfach in der Bedienung. Finde den Milchschaum beim Latte Macchiato völlig ok. Beim Cappuccino gut - könnte besser sein. Die Lautstärke beim Zubereiten des Kaffees ist gut erträglich, da gibt es weitaus lautere Maschinen. Bei jedem Ein- und (automatischen) Ausschalten spült die Latticia durch. Muss man sich erst einmal daran gewöhnen, scheint aber sehr sinnvoll zu sein. Wer viel trinkt, muss auch öfter Wasser und Kaffeetrester ausleeren. Das Zeitintervall des Ausschaltens kann man einstellen, Standard ist eine halbe Stunde Nichtbenutzung. Die Maschine meldet sich über Symbole, wenn sie gereinigt werden möchte, der Wasserfilter gewechselt werden muss oder eine Entkalkung vorgenommen werden sollte. Die Anleitungen hierzu sind richtig gut. Benötigt man auch, da man sich nicht alles merken kann. Ich habe mir diese Anleitungen separat ausgedruckt und laminiert, damit sie nicht verschmutzen wenn ich sie benötige und neben die Maschine lege. Beim Kauf vor ca. einem Jahr vor dieser Rezension gab es noch 100,- Cashback von Melitta, so dass das Preisleistungsverhältnis richtig gut zu bewerten ist. Apropos Preis: Man kann durchaus günstigere baugleiche Wasserfilter und Reinigungstabletten anderer Hersteller nehmen. Kann man eine Menge Geld sparen. Fazit nach einem Jahr Nutzung: Sehr guter Kauf, der Kaffee schmeckt wieder richtig gut. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass diese Maschine lange hält. Read more

Sade kahve, latte, cappuccino, sıcak süt ve sıcak su yapabiliyorsunuz. Kolay bir kullanımı var fakat kullanmadan önce kullanma kitapçığını mutlaka okumak gerekiyor. Kahve performansı çok iyi, farklı kahve çekirdekleri kullanarak istediğiniz kahveyi bulabilirsiniz. Günlük temizliği pratik, uzun dönemlerde yapılacak temizlik biraz karışık fakat zor değil.
