The cooling pad was as described, I found it well made, extremely quiet even on full speed. Works like a charm and I notice my laptop does not get nearly as warm as it was. I like the product and give it two thumbs up . I also like the fact it has NO lights so I can sit near others at night if they are watching tv. Extremely easy to use. Only complaint I have which is minor is that the usb power cable that came with it was only about 28 inches long and is male usb both ends. . Luckily I had another that was much longer that I used however it could be a problem for others., most do not have a double male ended cable to readily switch it. . Power inlet on pad is on right side but my power source comes from left side. If cord is to short you can also use a usb charger on an extension cord to get closer. I would definitely recommend this cooling pad. Slightly heavier then I thought but no big deal. Worth every penny. Read more
