I ordered this facial serum after being very satisfied with a sample packet of it. I went online and found it but the serum in the bottle I ordered online was not as thick and didn’t smell as nice as the free sample. And the bottle itself wasn’t sealed. Just came in the little box, unsealed, with only the top flap being taped. The level (amount) of the serum was more than 1/4” lower than the top which is a lot considering the bottle is only 2 inches high (not including dropper) and the dropper had just a small amount equivalent to one or two drops which wouldn’t compensate for the low level of the bottle. I ordered this serum and two other facial moisturizers from the same company and the packaging was the same and the level of product in those bottles were also less than what be needed considered full, none of them having identical levels but all 3 had no wrap at top of bottle(dropper) and no wrapper just a small piece of tape on top ens of box.
