I gave this a 5 just to be fair. I mean this is a gift for my nephew whose birthday is weeks away. I don’t know how they work and he never lets me know how he likes his gifts (He has a very full life, very busy/) and if I ask, it looks like I’m fishing for a thank you. Unless he sneaked and opened his gifts from me early, I don’t know how these work, but I do think they are a 5 of 5 gift idea. They come with batteries already installed so the gift is ready to use, but they also come with a spare set of batteries and even a screwdriver to open the compartment where the batteries go!
