You must need a degree in engineering to figure out how to wear these shoes. Purchased these beautiful shoes and when they arrived they looked fine. The ankle straps were neatly wrapped around each shoe. However, upon further inspection it was discovered that the buckles for the ankle straps were actually not connected/sewn to the shoe. Rather an open hook that did not close was attached. The hook had no corresponding closure on the ankle strap. You could not hook the buckle to it because the minute you started to walk the buckle fell off. Same if you just hooked the fabric. The straps themselves were a fixed fabric with a thick rhinestone band glued on top that did not lend itself to tying. Since the strap had no elastic whatsoever, you either have to be the exact size of the model or you cannot use/fit the straps even if you could get them closed. Twice around was a little too short, once around and the left over strap was way too long. No adjusting the holes in the strap or making new holes either because the thick band is such the buckle won’t fit through. Eventually I cut off the straps and wore them as mules. The toe was very narrow and not comfortable. Suggest getting a size or two up and just forget the straps unless you have time to take them to a cobbler to be fixed. Read more

They are beautiful but fastening them is a nightmare. There is a tiny removable piece that is meant to secure both ankle straps together, so if you lose that, they are unwearable. Also figuring out how to properly secure the straps was incredibly frustrating and took forever. If and when you manage to wrangle your ankle in them, they look great. They would be amazing if the ankle strap didn’t have the removable piece and they were easier to put on. Also I wear a 7.5 and ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly, so order your next size up. I bought these the second I saw them and I was not disappointed! I have yet to wear them out, but upon first impression, these heels are incredible. They have a clasp closure along with the adjustable strap which makes them a lot quicker to put on and the quality is great overall! 10/10 for the price!!! The only issue I had was with sizing: I'm a 7.5 so I sized up to an 8 because they didn't offer a 7.5, but I received a EU 38 (which is a US 7.5). It worked out perfectly for me but it's a little misleading for people expecting a specific size and receiving a half size smaller. Read more
