I've been using these now for over two years and they still seem to be working; these are my preferred brand so I can not comment of the others. These were recommended by a friend. The general stiffness in my joints has gone. I'm still as stiff as a board in the morning when I wake up but used to not be able to sleep because of it and that's gone now. A good product.
