I've had this mini dishwasher for 2 years, using it nearly every day (just for me) and it's been absolutely fantastic. There are so many cheap products made for the Primark throw away generation but this is a solid appliance that gets (a very rare) 5 stars from me. I can't plumb in a dishwasher so I have the outlet pipe direct to my sink and its not a problem to fill using the jug. I want to preface it by saying, I got it from amazon warehouse with a big discount, but it was in perfect untouched condition. Pro's: - doesn't need any plumbing. The fact that it has a tank was the main reason I personally landed on this machine. - freestanding(but does need to be close to a plug and a sink) - relatively(!) small but washes just as good if you're not over filling it - uses less dishwasher gel. Trash the pads, they're way too much, and will clog your device. DO NOT CUT THE PADS. Just trash them. - is perfect for 2 person household - doesn't use as much water or electricity as hand-washing. I calculated it to use max of 40p for the longest, the most intense cycle. The usual one uses 9p. - you can add a plate at any time - if you use off peak electricity, the delay function is very useful. It doesn't eat much electricity to begin with but the pro is there. - my favourite part: the self opening door. Meaning, no musky smell because machine manages to dry properly through the night. As do the dishes. - it's a blessing for someone with low energy levels and sensory issues. No touching gross wet food anymore and you get more time to yourself. The immediate cons: - the cord is quite short. Plan ahead where to put it. The same goes for the waste pipe, both are approximately only 1 meter long. - the machine itself is much bigger than its ability to fit dishes. Don't believe manuals that say you'll fit ~10 plates in. Majority of pots and pans won't fit either. - first time filling the machine you're bound to overfill it, hearing water trickle down to its bottom. All that helps you to understand how close you are to filling it is to listen. It would be nice to have a warning bell, that would signal to "slow down" with how much water you're spilling inside - more of a user error but DON'T OVERFILL IT. It will block out the water stream and won't clean anything properly, so you'll need to run it twice anyway - the filter is difficult to clean fully. The middle fine mesh sits in a weird hard to reach position - the construction itself is... Not great in a long run. The look is sleek and modern but it's impossible to deep clean. I've attached photos of crooks and crannies that are literally impossible to reach. They will end up moldy, as the machine isn't made to be to cleaned/fixed by the user. Keep that in mind. - the user manual is trash. I've gotten an error on my machine and the manual said "overfilled" but didn't say ANYTHING about what to do with it except to contact customer service. Machine would refuse to work with the said error. With help of YouTube I've found out that all you needed to do is tip it to the side to let all of the water out from the bottom compartment. Insane. They also don't mention how often you should run a self cleaning program or how often to clean the filter and the arms. No instructions on how to deep clean it either, so it's a fafo type of situation. - does not have a sensor or a pre wash, like normal dishwashers. Meaning your detergent will be used immediately, in the very first, the most nasty part of the cycle, with all of the leftovers and such. So your detergent is just washed down the drain. Now, for the cons that showed up after almost a year of every day use: - I'm disappointed to say that only after a year it has begun to get worse at a lot of things. - it became so much louder, it's annoying. I literally have a random piece of paper under it to muffle it. Not even after a year! It's as loud as a washing machine without the piece of paper. - as I mentioned before... Impossible to deep clean. The machine is fully user proof. Mine started getting some weird dark specs all over it which I assume is mold but I can't clean it! It's somewhere deep inside, unreachable. - the foam inside the door also started smelling weird. And, you guessed it! You can't clean it - the door hinges start to get looser. It didn't bring any big issues yet, but I am worried - to all people complaining about condensation build up: leave your dishwasher always at least a little bit open. I'm serious. - after so much time, it started smelling a bit, despite me leaving the door open at all times for it to dry. I run a self cleaning cycle and dismantled it as much as I could to wash it, which unfortunately did nothing. I needed to use one of those dishwasher intense cleaning agents which removed the smell but the chemical smell lingered for a few days, despite me running the self clean a few more times. It just makes me think just for how long the same water stays inside? Summary and would I buy it again: probably yes, but not for a full price. I'd try to hunt it on local marketplaces, then it would be 100% worth it. My biggest issue with it is just how user proof it is. I do not think it will last longer than three years with just how impossible they made it for you to maintain it. The manufacturer made SURE you can't clean it. I have always wanted a dishwasher but have no room for even a slimline, I wish I'd known these tabletop dishwashers existed years ago. This dishwasher is so easy to use, even a large casserole dish fits with the lid a serving spoon and a couple of glasses, all but the largest long handled pans fit in here. Everything comes out spotless on the 58 min cycle. I run it once or twice per day and it is honestly amazing. Perfect for two to three people. I have it beside the sink under a wall unit, which means I cannot fill from the jug, I use a tap fitting hose (like for hair washing) to fill the tank which is so easy and much less hassle than filling the jug three or four times. I'm surprised how much fits in, takes a bit of practice to load it efficiently. There's sometimes items that don't fit, large chopping board, long handled large frying pan, hand washing one or two items is manageable and a happy trade off for the remainder getting done while I put my feet up for the evening. It's all perfectly dry when I put it away first thing in the morning. I LOVE it, it is expensive but worth it, I hated washing up so much, it depends on your priorities I suppose. **Update 1 yr on, it became extremely noisy while running the cycles, still works perfectly well but a very significant change in noise level that is not manageable of you're in the same room trying to watch TV or chat etc, reported this and got a replacement with no problem and very swiftly, I have now sent the replacement back as there was condensation building up in between the window panes and it is also very very noisy from the start, disappointed and I miss I, the cleaning is superb, if you didn't need to be in the room the noise could be manageable** Read more

The only advantage is that it fits in places where a standard one would not. The vessel is made of plastic, so max temperature is lower than in models with steel vessel. Capacity is very small, smaller than external dimensions would suggest. It claims 3 sets, but actually it is perhaps just enough for 1 or 2 people if they are not cooking much. There is no mechanism to hold the detergent - it will just pour in. Also, due to small volume, I think it needs less detergent than a tab for a standard dishwasher contains, so it is better to use liquid or powder detergent that can be measured. Read more

I wish I got it sooner. Will update in a few months but I am very happy with it now. I rent a studio and have this next to the sink. My tap has an extendable hose so it's so easy to fill water, though I still use the water basin just to avoid splashes. The drain hose is in the sink. I have used it daily since I got it a week ago. I use the rapid setting and it is enough to clean, but that means I have not tried the drier. The light turns off after 5 minutes. I learned to stack dishes thru trial and error. The cutlery rack is actually good, i find it easy to use. My square 27cm plates fits easily. It's not too noisy either, not louder than my washing machine. The build and quality of this comfee dishwasher is very good. The picture does not do justice. It came with free 2 washing pod and 1x rinse aid. I bought dishwashing salt and added 1 liter of water plus 1 spoonful of salt only one time. I'm not sure if I have to keep doing that as the "S" sign hasn't gone off since I started using it. Last purchased on 4 Sep 2021 Stopped working February 2025 Like a similar post made by someone else. The lifetime is about 4 years. The product is ideal though for its size. We needed a countertop dishwasher in our upstairs mini kitchen during covid, when things we're difficult to wash. We couldn't get the plumber to come in and connect the pipes. We needed one which just would work with water and electricity. This was our best option. We luckily had a sink counter we could fit this next to and so the dirty water can drain out easily into the sink. This neat little dishwasher served its purpose. To be completely honest, no one in the family expected it to do the job successfully. Every now and then, we would get one dish with pasta and cheese stuck to it but, upon washing the dish ourselves, we realised it's just a stubborn stain we have to was off manually. From glasses, cups, bowls, plates and even small pans, utensils, forks, spoons, knives etc. we have tried almost everything. It's a spin washer upside and down. Just in case the pictures aren't clear. The sound is reasonable, not obnoxiously loud. It has a delicate option for delicate glassware where it starts and pauses every 10 seconds. It also has different modes. If I can recall, after each wash it opens the lid automatically and starts a steam function from it's remaining water and then turns off automatically. This way we get the dishes clean and dry. Well some deep bowls may still have water in it depending on the shape of the bowls. Recommendations: Use regular dishwasher tablets. Place them in between the forks and spoons, so they will last longer and slowly break apart. Use dishwasher salt after every 4 washes at least and put 2 tablespoons directly into the drain cap inside the dishwasher. Don'ts: Do not wash flimsy plastic in the dishwasher. From our experience, the hot air steamer/dryer at the end will semi melt or misshape the plastic. Overall, for a lifespan of 4 years I am happy with the purchase for it's price. And, since the last one was great, we'd be ordering our second one soon. Read more

Best purchase ever. I wish I bought it before !It's not as loud as people say honestly it's quite a comforting background sound. Like a washing machine pretty much.It's easy to use and install. Be careful though to check the size of your plates and all to avoid not being able to put them in.I wasn't able to find where to put the salt....

It is totally not what I expected!I contacted Midea Official UAE. They suggested to check spray arms, dishwasher feets, sideboards. But everything is OK. I double checked everything. It is the problem of the dishwasher design itself.I'm disappointed that it is not working as intended and I received no calls or no emails with any solutions to this problem.I hope I can get it fixed or replaced ASAP. Just be noted this is suitable for 2 persons max. Also some features:- dishes and cutlery placement is a challenge in comparison with usual big unit- spent HUGE amount of water per wash (6 liters for 5-6 plates and forks is a lot)- although cleans pretty wellReasonable choise for small family or outdoor use if you dont have an opportunity to install a usual dishwasher

I am highly disappointed with the poor quality of this product. After less than three months of use, at a rate of twice a week, it has already stopped working. The dishwasher is entirely out of service. I did not expect such a failure in such a short amount of time, especially for an appliance in this category. I strongly suggest against purchasing this if you want a durable and reliable product. I am very dissatisfied!!!

My unit had water inside so have a feeling it was a returned unit sent to me as new. Super noicey and vibration is awful when Working. Used on a dried up oatmeal glass bowl and the spoon used for same. even after 2 cycles it didn't clean up fully. This was with the original cleaning tablets given. I used with rapid mode of 30 minutes. Maybe need to use longer higher mode but can wash with hand in 5 minutes so bit wondering buying the unit was a bad decision at the first place itself.. Top sprayer is more like dripping than a fast spray for cleaning. Guess for light use maybe ok.

I was very sad. The machine was installed completely according to the instructions. but it shows an error and doesn't work. When you select a wash operation, it begins to draw in water and drain it. I'm dissatisfied with the purchase. I would like to get my money back.

I purchased this item because of all the amazing feedback it had.Important to understand:- I use dishwashing concentrate soap, no tablets.- I manually fill up the water tank. No hose connected to water supply.- Dishwasher has been used for 4 days at the time of this review.- I use dishwasher salt as instructed by the manual.In any program that I use, be it ECO, 58 minutes wash, 72 degrees, etc... The soap doesn't fully rinse because of all the foam, so be advised that while the manufacturer claims that you can use dishwasher concentrated soap, the foam will remain on all of your dishes. I have to run an additional quick wash program (29 minutes) with water only and no soap in order to remove all the soap.Also keep in mind that even in the ECO or Intensive programs, dishes with solidified food on them will not be fully clean. The dishwasher is not strong enough to remove them, even if the manufacturer claims it's possible.

If your counter doesn’t have a water connection point for dishwasher, if your kitchen doesn’t have a empty space for full size dishwasher, if you don’t want wash dishes everyday; don’t think more. Directly but one piece like that dishwasher machine. Be careful for water tank. Generally dishwasher machines don’t have a water tank and you should connect a hose. This model has a water tank and no need to connect to hose for fresh water.It is washing so clean. More than from my thinked. My English is not well sorry for it. I bought it in discounted (800 AED).I can tell you; you should buy powder detergent and dish rinser. It is writing in manual; 11 gram powder detergent is enough for 1 was. And I am adding 4-5 gram liquid rinser. If I use rinser; dishes getting clean and shine. If I don’t use rinser dishes getting out clean but a bit mat.We are two person and we are using it generally 1 times a day. Some days we are using it 2 times in 3 days. It is much enough for small families. If you have more person, you can use short programs and you can make it fit for you too. Watch YouTube videos before buy. Because it is small.If you use flat plates you can fill the machine effectively and easily. If you use deep plates like soup bowl, or salad mix bowls - plates; basket size is a problem. Deep bowls and plates can not stay straight.If you would like to dish glass things you should use glass function or short functions (29 and 58 mins). Because another 3 programs are hot and high hot is not good for glasses. Everything is looking like that. If you read the manual you can use that machine so easily and can understand all settings and everything.I have small sauce plate (like 5cm - 5cm - 1cm) and I am putting in it powder detergent and rinser. Because when you start the machine, machine first pushing out dirty water to the sink. Machine will throw out rinser if you add the liquid rinser direct. Detergent area doesn’t have a lid and if you put there anything, it is falling down directly after close the door.

1 month of use: so far so good. No leaks. Cleans very well. Gotten the hang of it, so here are some tips: I added some wires so that the bigger plates won't hit the bottom water sprayer. The rack is good for utensils like fork and teaspoons, lay themon their sides. For spoons, just hang them. Spacing is important! Do not use normal manual dishwashing liquid bcos they're too soapy and the water pressure will go weak. You'll end up with soapy uncleaned dishes. Use tablets and also don't forget the salt before every use to protect your machine. I always quickly clean it inside before i start every wash, it will drain everything once you start it. Rinsing aid helps a lot too! Put it lastly on the dedicated soap compartment and startthe machine quickly once you close it so that the rinse aid won't be drained, or just get a 2-in-1 soap+rinse aid capsuleI've been eyeing this since 2019. This is the first time I saw this on sale. Finally have it and I am very very happy with it. Thank you Amazon ?? Saves me a lot of time and also very water efficient. This is a must buy for busy individuals, those with long nails, or if you just really hate washing the dishes. I've always wanted a compact one for daily use. I only use 29 min.function and it does the job so well. I used to do dishes twice a day an hour each job and wasting a lot of water. Now just loading once after dinner. It has a direct water inlet to a plumbing so you can just click and go. But the pour on top function works well too. I will update after 6 months or a year

Just love it! It's a bit small to fit a lot of stuff, but to begin with it's a dishwasher desingend to fit in a small place, and to be honest the difference between hand washed and machine washed is astonishing!

Received item. Kept getting E1 error and the dishwasher wasn't working.Returned the item and got it replaced with the same model.Received the item yesterday and it doesn't even turn on. I would give a -5 if I could

I love this machine.. it cleans well, it is so cute, so easy to use and the price is worth it! ! The only thing is the soap has no place to put like a regular machine. But you can just drop it there and still does the job! Other than that it is PERFECT!

The lower spray wasn't functioning properly at first attempt so I had to return it.

Very good machinebut little noisy and a bit small for my needs

The machine is of excellent build quality, including the accessories.Uses very little electricity and water to do a wash and the dishes and cutlery come out squeaky sparkling clean even in the quick wash.In fact, I only use quick wash now as the results are so good.

Lifesave! We use it for 6 months now and we are so happy with it. Its been used at least 2-3 times a day and it works so well.

It is good, has an option for manual water supply, and is easy to install, only the space is not enough for big items such as a pan.

In my small apartment i could fit this nicely and finally i dont have to do the dishes standing. The only hassle is filling the water tank with the jugs. But it’s ok still love this.

Very compact and can use without complicated installation. A suggestion, it comes with sachets of detergent. If a small sachet of dishwasher friendly salt is also included then much better.

Space is enough for dishware for a small family - it will not fit cookware with handles. but works amazingly on the countertop.has saved me a lot of time.
