I really like this product. I got the berry flavor and it is sweet and enjoyable without being too sweet. What I enjoy most about this preworkout is that with 2 scoops in 10 oz of water the niacin flush feeling (tingling, skin crawling) is very light and not uncomfortable. I mostly feel it is my hands and arms. To compare, I really enjoy the flavors and carbonation of C4 cans. However, after 1 or 2 sips my lips are already tingling and by half a can it feels like my scalp is crawling. I can't handle it when it is to that degree. I am clearly sensitive to niacin and so happy I found something that is more subtle! Read more
