I thought the click in battery is extra add on?Without you cant charge it. The explanation made me think its already charging and then plus battery but its not!

My dyson is 1 year old & has just broken for the second time. The issue is a faulty trigger (google it before you buy). The first repair took 3 months, I was given a replacement, but it was a V6, which is useless. The vacuum is AMAZING when it works, but I can’t believe I paid this much for something that is so unreliable & faulty. I am so disappointed and I will never be purchasing a dyson product again.

Purchased this to supplement a corded vacuum, and keep it in a stand and charger so it is ready to grab all the time.Because it is handy, it gets used more often and the kids think it is fun so even they are doing more to clean up after themselves.Amazon had the best price on this model (with click in battery) but it is still quite expensive so I deducted one star for value.In operation it is powerful and quiet and the powered sweeper head does a surprisingly good job considering it doesn't have corded levels of power.

the product is too heavy to use and the suction tool are too big cant go to tight areas, suction is not good,maneuvering is difficult, and puts alot of strain on your arms.i requested return but the seller don't want to collect it.i am stuck with the product and cant return it.

CONS:OMG! where do i start.... I have the NEWEST release. Thought this will make mylife easier butdoesn't.-battery charge doesn't last at all so you wont be able to finish all house unless is tiny or apartment-BAD suction: NO power at all , you MUST go thru areas SEVERAL times in order to really make it clean and still you will go back to double check.. you still might findhair. This makestwice the time spent .-powerHigh Mode - makes so much noise that you think vacuum will get damaged if you keep going, not much change anyways,so you end up switching to medium-emptying the bin - Youmight endtouching the dirt since gets stuck in between inside rubber almost impossible to get cleaned . You will need a LONG tweezer and still you will struggle , wont be able to remove all dirt.-bin: NEVER gets to fill completely , however,immediatelyperformance decreases since dirt gets stuck on the ventilator making suction impossible , its frustratingIF you have cat or doghairs that has been collected.PROS : cordless , THAT'S ALLover all: a waist of time & money, not worth it

I thought this vacuum technology is just overrated but I am surprised on how this product performs; it's silent, powerful when you need it, light weight (for a while then it feels heavier over longer periods of use but is negligible), includes essential accessories, easy to dispose canister contents, and most specially the overall convenience having this vacuum is well worth the price you pay for it. Battery life of this handheld vacuum is decent and it completely charge it battery at a fast rate. If you ever find it on reduced price I suggest you grab that opportunity.

It's, quiet, easy to empty, has long-lasting battery, is efficient and seems very sturdy.It's a Dyson. Not much else to comment on.Worth the attractive price on Amazon
